Closure

From the 1st time i saw your chocolate skin & your daring smile I Loved you & only you
your thoughts burned within
your touch was pure sin& I indulged in our bittersweet reality
you were my little piece of heaven
but i had to let go
Lord knows
my mind, my heart, & my soul screamed for you but the ghost i saw in your eyes that dark evening
told me it was goodbye
your hugs had no intent
& your words were bent with no life
somehow this closure feels like a lie
