Secret Game.

Distancing myself
From the body I didn't belong in
I watched as she moved her cold hands
Down to the warmth of the water
I prayed that a thousand hands would rise
And pull me down
Filling every inch of my lungs
With anything but her
I hear the ringing in my ears
It was a secret game
I didn't want to play
