Sorrow follows me with every path that I choose,
he's a storm cloud above my head with a short lit fuse.
I know you must think that it's all in my head,
but believe me somehow he makes me wish I were dead.
Time and time again I have tried to run,
he takes joy in seeing my frustration and calls it his fun.
It's hard to describe the way he makes me feel,
he ruins my happiness with sweet dreams that aren't real.
He thrives on my body,making my mind his food,
to inject venom into the veins in which he would later intrude.
