POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Divine Affair of Gwyddion and Arianrhod
font=Times New Roman]Cast from the heavens you and I
For passion neither could deny.
Forced to exist for all ages,
Us, victims of mortal stages.
Time again we found our heart,
The tragedy to begin another start.
But we the children of divines,
Had but once to cross the line.
Thousands of years have passed,
It’s a wonder our spirits last.
We live to find each other again
And allow our misery to begin.
How though can we survive,
In our sick unending lives?
If but one truly wishes love,
And the other, to live above?
You...

Forced to exist for all ages,
Us, victims of mortal stages.

Phoenix and the Gryphon
Two different worlds, a world in the same,
Two different birds, a bird to tame.
Glory shines in the phoenix's eyes,
Shame smolders in the gryphon’s lies.
Flame turns the world to ash, unsought,
Ash by which the phoenix was wrought.
The gryphon lies in the corner tame,
Left unprovoked he’s to blame.
Wary birds watch enemies near,
Everything to hate, all to fear.
The phoenix has yet to fly,
Grounded inside, about to die.
The gryphon hasn't will to move,
With his death, his life will prove.
Circumstance leads to flight,
A blind...

Euphoric Moment
A spark started this moment,
A contrast to these silken sheets.
Little time spent knowing,
Moments bleed into eternity.
Harsh words set aside,
Soft lips grace bared skin.
The world unravels
As we twist together.
Gentle words whispered in ear,
Replaced by teeth on tender skin.
Hesitant words sound faint,
Punctuated by wordly moans.
Lights turned off,
Hands on hips.
Fierce lips pressed together,
No chance to pull apart.
Letting life slip away,
Fingers clenching our backs.
No way...
