i've found out that without a doubt i would die for you
and while that is lovely i've found out something more
that if i would die for you then i can live for you
and with that in mind i thought i'd set the score
so i've been thinking i could love you like a trilogy
with all the mystery of the story not yet told
i'll be your king, be my queen and govern love with me
we'll write an epic to swoon the lovers told of old
and maybe i could love you like a manual of war
with smart defences and strong reserves to calm the fight
since there's...

to see what she might use

she bids me lay down in her arms
and soothes me to still peaceful sleep
she replenishes my soul
she leads me in the paths of compassion for loves sake
even though i walk through the valley in the shadow of
my past i will not fear my future
for she is with me
her acceptance and her strength they comfort me

she is rain
heavens muse for rebirth
i am a stream
a vein collective
of her fluid strength
that spurs me down

advent despondence
if you were living a love of blind impress
you wouldn't see that a rainbow can hide
a crack in the wall where a dream grows
until it is countless devalued dreams wide
by the time we wake to the size of the drift
sought salvations come so hopelessly late
the desperate belief that love transcends all
ties us down to the cold rails of fate
the drive and desire of all hope is to soar
but a broken heart will only once fly
beyond all our ever afters and every soul deep
where an unrealised dream goes to die

when i think of all the things that i can do to say i love her
i get a little lost because there's only so much time
for building bridges moving mountains and whatever she desires
while making sure that she's not being left behind
there are things in life that are simple yet so important
and it only takes a moment to do something she will understand
i'm building a bridge to heaven with my fingertips

i couldn't tell from where i took the shot
if it was still twitching or if it was dead
i got in close to make sure of the kill
put three more shots into the heart
and drained the clip into the back of it's head..

i fail to see the poetry in shit
though i concede this to be an ode to shite for sure
with so many different blends of crap
to make a story really stink
i think the stench from this shit cannot be ignored
i guess that i could pretty up the scene
but this is how i'll feel when i've been kept in a cage
and instead of wasting both our time
trying to tell you what i mean
i'll just leave this shit to soak into your page
i'm guessing it's the twisted way i think
but i only know the awkward ways to fall

the nauseating odour of soulrot lines the skin
as my senses seep from many wounds
desperate eyes stare heavy through the blood roads
falling hard on tepid veins splayed critically thin
my emotional haze has been chemically razed
i've been embraced by the patron of harm
i've lit all the fuses and slow dance with fire
to make nightmares a relative calm
tracks of my intention lie the valley of flesh
vilifying destruction in two ml depressions
volition is listed and prone to stalk the line
