Home Dumfries, Castle Douglas and back home cycle.
Came home, sat down and (what ever the muscle is that is at the front, very top of your thigh) cramped solid.. So at the moment five ascents plus cycle ride is out the question.

Three ascents of hill 1500m, Ben Nevis is 1365m, and the Castle Douglas/ Dumfries cycle loop approx 65/70km.
New Abbey/Dumfries/DGI/Lochfoot/Castle Douglas/Dalbeattie/Southwick/home.
(Admittedly, on some of the military road hills, if I had gone any slower I would have toppled over).

Never suffered depression in my life.
Or anxiety.
Where the f*ck did that come from?
I climb, I hike and I set up camp in the mountains. I can be out in the mountains for months on end and when I do I am crossing fords, over the tops of waterfalls, across wire bridges... And I do it just for fun.
Depression ?
Anxiety?
I took on a fasist organization, gambled thousands on the stock market, took on the nhs, the police and council when they tried, and failed, to prosecute me, travelled all over the world, wandered up to Cape Wrath, turned...
Or anxiety.
