False news article by Jen the" adventurer".

In 2022 jen the self proclaimed adventurer demanded I sign this..
(Remembering the article was FALSE and proven FALSE.. And possibly the only route they had to protect jen the self proclaimed "reputation" from her bullshit reporting).
 
UNDERTAKING request for me to sign from jen the adventurers lawyers,,,,
  
I Jacqueline Bywater, hereby undertake as follows: -
 
  
1. I hereby withdraw all threats which I have made to STV News in particular those sent to Jen the self proclaimed adventurers and to the STV Newsroom email address on 30th March 2022;

(I told them "I knew Falkirk well".. And I do.. I lived there  for nearly two years.. And yes I would have visited the stv news room in person to tell them what I thought of them and their false article had they not have deleted it due to it being false.. .. Also I bombarded them with the same email until they backed down and deleted jen the self proclaimed adventurers bull article )
 
2. I undertake to withdraw my post on the Dumfries & Galloway Facebook page;
 
(STV did that all by them selves when they deleted jen the self proclaimed false article)..
 
3. I also undertake never to write to STV News, JEN THE SELF PROFESSED ADVENTURER's, on social media or any other forum, email address or means of communication whatsoever in relation to an article concerning me in June 2019 when I was reported missing by Dumfries & Galloway Police; and
 
(An article that was proven false.. STV I have the right to defend my corner, state the truth and call out fabricated journalism esp by a self proclaimed "adventurer" )
 
4. I furthermore undertake not to harass, abuse, threaten or write anything derogatory to or about either Miss jen the self proclaimed adventurer or STV News at any time in the future. I understand that this email can be founded upon.
 
 (Jen the adventurer should not have harassed me, STV should not have published a false article that was both derogatory and damaging to my reputation. Jen the self proclaimed adventurer should not have published or sold  a false article about me or about anyone which was, or is,  derogatory, as well as utter bull, and jen the self proclaimed adventurer should not have sent a couple of overweight, pony tailed, lard assed paparazzi to try to photo me.. I assume fat lads tweedle dee and tweedle dumb were yours?)..

 Actually it was a few weeks ago, March 2022,  after being on the internet since 2019.

Had I not been persistent. Had I not have defended my corner. Had I not kept the momentum. Had I not known the truth. The article would still be on line today.

As you see from police Scotland themselves (next letter) the article was described as “inaccurate reporting”. I believe it was one sided, it was false, it was defamatory as such I believe that is actionable.

 I am concerned with that statement. If you indeed print “inaccurate reporting” as “a matter of course” that is not professional. “Inaccurate reporting”, that is interpreted by the missing person as a slight against them, is severely damaging especially when you are talking about a missing person whose circumstances  you know nothing about.            
         
There are reasons why people go missing.          
         
 Contented, jolly pumpkins do not, one day, get up and think “fuck this” and head into the wilderness, mountains or areas which are potentially hazardous to their health/life.          
         
Generally when people who go “missing” there is a reason why and usually the reason is not because they have won the lottery, their child has got an unconditional place to their first choice university to study medicine or they have just been promoted to CEO.          
     
For the record I did not go missing, I was not lost and at no point did I need or request any attention. I was merely doing an activity that I enjoy, am good at and experienced in.

What about the morals and ethics code of journalism? Is there not a clause that the reporting should be balanced, researched and the “accused” given a voice? Or defense?  Is “inaccurate reporting” not a “breach of any  guidelines” or does simple bitchwivery   from a deluded self professed "adventurer" (ha ha) journalist/ass. producer slip through the journalists code of conduct ? I don’t know the official  bureaucratic documentation  on “ inaccurate reporting”  but in my eyes I fail to see why it is not, in fact,  a breach of guidelines.

Why thank you for the permission. However I have plans and they don’t involve spending summer sat behind a desk in front of a solicitor rooting through mind numbing paper work for a few extra bob.

Had I not aggressively stood my ground I have no doubt the objectionable “inaccurate” press report would still be available to the national population. If you recall all my placid requests were ignored. As a result of this my small voice of calm became a voice that even a national organisation with delusions of grandeur, such as your clients, could not ignore.

In 2019 I did not request Jen the adventurers' attention. I did not desire Jen "the adventurer"  attention. I did not ask for Jen "the adventurers" to step into my life and it certainly was not me, but Jen "the adventurer" who threw the first punch, so to speak. Again that was Jen "the adventurers" decision and the fact that I came back at Jen "the adventurer" was merely, in my perspective, in defence of  Jen "the adventurers" attack on my own character, Jen "the adventurers" attack on my abilities and  Jen "the adventurers" attack on my my experience.

Additionally, as you see in the letter from police Scotland, a press article by Jen "the adventurer" that was bullshit.
