no one wants to die...
an old woman sits across the street,
she looks so broken, she looks so weak,
what dos she think of,
alone on her curb?
in her own serene world,
that no one can disturb?
does she remember when she was a child?
when she was so innocent, so helpless, so mild.
now all alone she softly cries,
if only she didn't have to die.
an old woman sits across from me,
looks so tired, looks to mean.
her tattered cloths,
and weak old bones,
seem to be all that's left
of her soul.
does she remember when she was young?...

three little birds sat on my bed,
three little birds,
and now there dead.
one fell down and broke his crown,
sad and meek, another drown.
the last one could take the pain no more,
he flew up, and up,
and hit the floor.

whats on my mind
im all alone,
once again
ill have to pretend,
that im over you.
after all this time,
wishing you were mine,
ive thought it a million times,
but i still cant say whats on my mind:
please, please stay,
help me with the pain,
and in the morning you'll be gone and ill be all alone!
but for now,
help me pretend,
that i have a friend,
i will never have you,
but who fucking cares?
i saw you the other day,
i couldn't find the words to say,
so i just went on my way.
and even though this time has gone...
once again

that im over you.

please don't forget
about me,
are you doing okay,
miles away from me?
please tell me something,
why you ran away,
when i need you beside me
tonight.
where did you go,
when the sun rose,
on this town?
did you go back
to the place we met?
run back to your little apartment?
were you scared?
of me?
of hunter?
you used to love me,
but now you only call me every Christmas
and my birthday.
you said it was best for us,
but maybe just for you.
you say you still care for us,...
about me,

scream
put on a smile,
hide the tears,
put on some make up,
shoo all your fears.
push it all to the dark corner.
all the hate,
all the pain,
suffering and hunger.
emotions are the enemy.
dont let them see,
this part of you,
lock it tight and hide the key,
wait till dark takes the sky once more,
wait till your alone,
till no one can hear you,
scream,
cry.
let the razor take it away,
unlock the door,
unleash everything.
all the monsters,
the things you cant say to anyone els,
but...
hide the tears,

i am
the halls are crowded,
happy faces rushing to and fro,
laughing and giggling fills the air,
covering there mouths,
to hide there whispers,
though she can hear them fine.
looking,
pointing,
at a girl,
a swollen belly,
a frown,
forever stitched to her face.
minimum acknowledgements,
a simple congratulations,
or a
can i feel it?
whens it due?
the sympathy means nothing in her eyes,
could it take the pain away?
could it make her loved again?
could it give her a home?
