My Atari 2600
Forty years ago tonight was a very special day for me. On July 29, 1983, Mom bought gifts for my brother and I. I received an Atari 2600 and my brother received a boombox. I had wanted an Atari 2600 for two years and it was finally going to happen. I was going to get an Atari 2600.

Papaw's 100th Birthday
He was my papaw and he was my father's dad.
When he died in 1994, it was both tragic and sad.
If Papaw had survived, he would be celebrating his birthday.
If he hadn't died, he would've become 100 years old today.
He was born on July the 28th of 1923.
Today he would've lived for a century.
When Papaw took some medication, he became very sick.
He died six days after his birthday because he was allergic.
Dad was hurt by Papaw's death and so was I.
It's always painful to learn that a grandparent is going to die.
When he died in 1994, it was both tragic and sad.

Praise
God truly deserves people's praise.
God deserves it for all of our days.
The good things that God has done are too many to list.
Without God, people would not exist.
God started the Human Race in the Garden of Eden with Adam and Eve.
God exists even though it's something that certain people don't believe.
God will be there for people always.
He certainly does deserve our praise.
God deserves it for all of our days.

Deceased For A Decade
He was my dad but his life came to an end.
He died and I would never see him again.
He perished after months of receiving chemotherapy.
He had Leukemia and is buried in Sneedville, Tennessee.
He was a hard worker and he worked hard for many years.
Cancer made him become ill and he died just like I feared.
He died ten years ago today on the 13th of July.
It is always sad and tragic when a parent dies.
He died and I would never see him again.
He perished after months of receiving chemotherapy.
He had Leukemia and is buried in Sneedville, Tennessee.

My Baby Doll - Part VII
I found you lying dead on my kitchen floor.
It was sad because you couldn't be my dog anymore.
On August the 27th of 2013, I adopted you.
It was a really wonderful thing for me to do.
I named you after my late mother when I named you Agnes.
You were special and when I adopted you, I was truly blessed.
You were a wonderful dog who I will never forget.
You were like a daughter and you were a great pet.
It was sad because you couldn't be my dog anymore.

He was originally going to be the Tin Man and he died at the age of 95.
After living for over ninety years, this talented man could no longer survive.
Barnaby Jones was another character who Ebsen portrayed.
The world lost this man who has been dead for two decades.

Today is Independence Day and my neighbors will use fireworks.
I hope that they will be careful because people could get hurt.
Last night they used powerful fireworks that sounded like dynamite.
I could hear some children crying because of fright.
Many people are celebrating our independence today.

Today is the 40th anniversary of when I watched Superman III in the movie theater. The movie was released on June 17, 1983 and I watched it four days later on June 21, 1983. I watched it at the Capri Four theater in Morristown, Tennessee. But at the time, it was the Capri Twin theater. When my family and I watched this movie, Capri was building two extra theaters.

Many soldiers have died for the USA.
We're paying tribute to those people today.

Terror Ten Years Ago
Ten years ago today, four innocent people in a pharmacy were shot.
It took just thirty something minutes for the murderer to be caught.
The two employees survived but the pharmacist and his customer died.
The murderer is in prison for two attempted murders and two homicides.
The murderer shot those four people because of some medication.
He left two families without fathers and caused a lot of devastation.
When the victims loved ones were informed, it brought about misery and tears.
The victims are still missed by their families and friends after all of...

You had an abdominal aneurysm and you're buried in the ground.
You lived and died in Sneedville, Tennessee.
