Misled
I keep hoping things will change.
But night after night,
I just dissappoint myself.
I get my hopes up.
And then you say I ask too much.
You let me take my guard down.
You tricked me-
Does everyone want to hurt me?

The door
I find myself standing infront of your door,
You know, not the fishnet house door.
No, I was still able to pass that.
What did that door ever do to me?
No I’m standing before your bedroom door.
Its closed.
Should I knock? Should I enter?
What if this is a mistake?
I told myself I have forgiven you,
For what almost could have been.
Did I really?
Message sent. “I’m here”
But you’re not opening my text...
Please don’t make me have to do this!
I’m not even sure I can.
I make a fist and lift it up, but I
stop. ...

Show her how much you care
She waits hour after hour
Just to see that one popup,
That one notification.
She checks your chat every few minutes
Just to see if you read her text yet.
And sometimes you already did.
But then she waits again,
What will your reply be?
Do you even think of her?
Is she in your thought train?
You make her feel like vomit,
Like nothing special.
Feeling like the inside of a tumble dryer
She doesn’t know whether to stay or leave
She’s not doubting your feelings
She can clearly see it
But she isn’t your priority ...
Just to see that one popup,

She checks your chat every few minutes
Just to see if you read her text yet.
And sometimes you already did.
But then she waits again,
What will your reply be?
Do you even think of her?
Is she in your thought train?
You make her feel like vomit,
Like nothing special.

I want to be done with you hurting me
Not sure what’s hurting me more:
Seeing how happy you are without me,
Or seeing how unhappy I am without you.
You don’t know me in public,
but you want me in bed.
Not even a hi, not even a hug,
and definitely no goodbye.
I keep resisting the urge to make
mistakes.
I am not just a vulnerable
piece of meat.
But my feelings don’t seem to matter,
‘cuz in this world
everyone only uses each other.
Now tell me the reason,
Why are you using me?

but you want me in bed.

I quiver with struggle not to text you at all
Every second of the day I try my best not to say hi
I want you to be happy even if its without me
I hurt myself everyday to see you smile
I want to be happy too
I want you to love me too
I want to spend my life with you
But sadly only one of us will win this game
I never ever lose
You know how stubborn I am
Yet this time I tried to please you
I lost my happiness the day I lost you
The one thing that made you leave
Is the only reason I wanted you to stay...
Every second of the day I try my best not to say hi
I want you to be happy even if its without me

Have you ever wanted a love so bad?
Have you ever wanted a love so bad?

So bad you want to hurt yourself?
So bad it makes you cry?
Have you ever wanted a love so bad?
So much to where it hurts your soul?
So much to where you could die inside?
Have you ever felt that alone?
That desperate to just feel love?
Love thats not even worth it!
Its love thats not even yours!
Have dinner with him, go to the movies.
Kiss, cuddle, go ahead and hook up.
Scar your soul some more.
Only for that temporary relief...

Dear Miss Perfect
I can’t sleep, the nightmares continue.
My mind is so restless.
I’m struggling.
Yes, you heard me. I said I’m struggling.
My body hurts, its sore and stiff.
And no, I’m not okay.
Please don’t judge me,
you have absolutely no right.
But today was rough, and I feel like its
not worth the fight.
Please don’t confront me about the way
I feel.
Please don’t tell me this isn’t real.
I don’t want another sermon today.
I don’t need you to preach.
Why can’t you see I don’t want the hope you give?
I swore myself...

You smell like my worst nightmare
I love it when you ask me
to fix your hair
Its something so simple,
you shouldn’t even care
Spending so much time
just to get it
Picture perfect
I like the small things about you
Like how your pillows needs to be a specific way
Standing straight with the open ends on the outside.
You can be so damn specific!

Like how you can spend an hour talking to your mom
And being so patient with everything she says
