Living in fantasies, what a dream I dream to please only me.
I fight the tears with pictures that roll along in my head.
I slip away into a nightmare, no one to share my minds thoughts with.
I'm caught up in a world that's unreal, until I'm dragged out into reality.
When it becomes too much i do what comes naturally, close, my eyes and welcome back my fantasies.

Love is nothing but a dream, nothing real, nothing seen.
Illusions to the heart, trickery to the brain that causes me pain.
Backed in a corner with no good to gain.
My heart cries, my breath is shortened, my heart is battered and beaten.
Nothing left but a girl shattered and weakened.
