Not a poem, but you probably won't even care.
"Fuck the world," people all over the world say when something goes wrong.
Something bad happens in someone's life because of somebody else
& the person's reaction would be hating the world.
The world is our home.
Our house is not our home.
This planet is, & we don't treat it like we should.
The flowers in the meadow are amazing & so bright.
We should once in a while go outside, & realize how perfect the world is all around.
People should go seek peace & prosperity in the world & in nature. Specially if our...

Life is a party
Call your friends
Tell them to come over
Have a drink or two
Talk about all the awesome things you used to do
Go hiking with them next weekend
Listen to the best music to both, them & you
Dance around the living room
Dance when walking down the street
Be happy you’re alive
because you’ve spent an eternity of years
not being born yet
& you’re going to spend
many more eternities being dead
Pretend life is a party
Because like our life
all parties have to come to an end
Make it worth the while
Turn the music up

Lying Darling
Oh darling
Don’t tell me you love me, when you clearly don’t
You make me feel so happy when people are around
But if only they would see the animal you are
Like the first time you ever told me a lie
I still remember it like it was last night
I wish someone would have warmed me about you
You phony asshole
My head was in the clouds
Make up sex after you found out what I had done with my ex
& of course I had to sleep with you so you could forgive me
How silly
I should of left you when I had the chance
Because now I’m hooked on your leash...

& I wonder when the sun will set
I don’t have all the time in the world
but when I’m with you it feel like so.
I have always been a hopeless romantic.
I have always wanted my life to be like a movie,
like the kind that two young teenagers fall in love,
& people are always telling them it’s not love or anything close to that.
I want to travel all around the world with you.
I don’t want any worries.
I want you instead.
Maybe this isn't going to last for a long time
or maybe it is.
But for now
The sun will shine

mystery
to almost everybody
So classy & sassy
The kind of person everyone
wants to be
Sitting at 4 in the morning
she gets lost
in a book about teenagers
due past curfew, having amazing adventures

Wishing she could help find Alaska

OBSERVATIONAL POEM

On the hood, in the desert
The clouds are piling on each other.
Making the sky look like no other
thing that you have seen.
The sun is going down
& it looks like the sky is going to cry.
The sky looks so dark out in the desert
& it seems like the moon lost it’s luster.
Leaning back on the hood of that
black 1965 ‘stang
everything comes to mind.
The never to be answered questions.
Wanting all the answers to the universe.
Intersperse between our reality
& the real world.
Acknowledging everything that’s happening
in the world around me....

& the lonely will always be sad
Winter is harsh
cold & dark
Lonely people cry to the night
Their only companion in the dark
Far long roads
leading to oblivion & the inevitable void
Lost in space
which is our brains
When the sun goes down
on a winter night
our demons come out to play & chat
Happy holidays
everybody seems to say
but all you can think about is
"is it really worth it?"
Like snow
coming down from
the crying cloud
our thoughts are all over the place
Thinking is beautiful
but not in this case ...
cold & dark
Lonely people cry to the night

Looking at a pie
I would have never thought
I'd think of the love of my life.
The apples inside
Cozy & warm
Like you & I
During winter time.
This pie is the most delicious of them all
The apple is what gives it the flavor
It's certainly the best part.

You make my life seem endlessly amazing
You are my muse
Trust me, I'm saying the truth.
You are the apple of my eye.

Look at the sunset
When the sky is lit & full of color.
The sky has the color that she wears on her lips.
The sunset is brighter than all the stars in the universe.
The colors look so so beautiful.
& The horizon looks darker than our troubled little souls.
Look past the horizon.
Let me tell you, let me show you..
Look at the bright sky & hope for the best to come.
When the sky looks so bright & stunning
The world looks oh so troubling..
Better things will come our way
The darkness makes the sunset look even...

Let me be naive
I learn by making
mistakes unknowingly
I am young
& I am growing up
but for now,
let me fall in love
Not all boys are the same
But if he's one of them..
Someday I will be okay
I will move on & find
someone to love.
We'll either break up
or get married...
I am a teenager
& I know our teenage
years are always some sort
of natural disaster,
but for now...
