Smile
I'm trying not to be negative
But it's all I got
And these people scurry about acting like they forgot
We are living through rough times
That I wish I could forget
I wish I could ignore
And get lost inside my head
But I'll try to be more positive
As the ground burns all around
And the ice just keeps collapsing
...While I'm just one in a crowd
I'll try to smile knowing that I can't do a goddam thing
Only frown when no one's there to say
Smile, Angel wings
But it's all I got

All In.
Under hooved foot
Crushing burning dismay
His trapped soul guarded
Kept deeply away
A question is asked
Do you go of free will
I take off my cloths
Stark naked and still
Blood opens the door
I offer me whole
Bled till I am white
Claim his prisoned soul
Only for him
Will I walk through that door
Hellfire
Brimstone
Call all till hes forth
Leave all love behind
Leave all that I know
For I need him here
To the inferno, I go.

I hunt what terrifies
Chase the tides
That swallow life
Addicted to feeling
Being
Alive
Our talks that
Challenge
The games we play...
Thats what you crave
Sweet rushing waves
Dividing forces necessitate
We separate
But there we wade
Waiting
To make
Crashing mistakes
This time
I decide
To be carried away
Theres no meeting again

Dark Angel in Pieces.
So close... He expertly hides
Ensures one day that I will fly
He stiffens and solidifies
This wet and pasty spine of mine
His darkness guides
Me from behind
He lingers there
Through surly times
His wings brush up
Against my thighs
I feel an essence
Stroking my sighs
Although I know
He steals my touch
I do not feel
He takes too much
And when I meet
Somebody new
He's there in browns ...

Non-Essential
Our oath is to preservation as we charge in
Battle cry ready, friends on each end to defend
The foe we fight has no name or rhyme
Ancient and cleaving since the beginning of time
We hold the line as much as we can
But hostiles emerge from multiple spans
The generals are sipping wine and getting fat
While bombing a peaceful, once exclusive habitat
I curse as I see the rising new foe
Some brothers give up and some sisters fold
There are spectators from villages who try to break bread
Starved neighboring friends...

A white hall with many bends
Small, pointless turns
There is no end
Soft flashing lights
Blue, red, white blends
Laughter ahead
Door sits, open

Devourer
I archive what's not falsified
Collecting truth to spin lies
Lines of silk and cotton wool
Soft enough to trap worn fools
With a weary head
They slumber deep
I offer solace
A place to sleep
Unafe under a world intricately spinned
But I live alone
Voluntarily pinned
There is no abyss one can fathom
That's greater than deciet's chasm
Im pushed deeper as the weight above
Is compounded by what I steal from love
Because
Trust is a compromising thing
A desecrated, half eaten...

History is a Poor Record Keeper.
I miss things I know I shall never witness
But also thank the heavens that destruction will be missed
I switch on the television
If I were Le Prince I would be livid
Thinking of how my life ended
On those tracks as I went to patent
Damn Edison
So called 'father of cinema' is such a dick
But as I sit
I appreciate the efforts
Of the devoted scientist
I appreciate the research of those like Jared Diamond
How location and opportunity are what ensures dominance
Our genetics are not lesser...

When you say there is no limit
That you're gonna spill yourself without a thought 'bout whats explicit
You want to feel my touch
But you know how reserved I am
You know if you push enough
Ill cave matter what I had planned
And our conversation is deep
I blush when you compliment my stands
On the news or on my floor you know I always defy blatant demands
And he loves you too, you know
My man thinks you are good for me
He thinks the way I act around you shows I am finally free
