The way you talk about drugs,
I find that so pretty.
I don't get mad
like I use too.
I just wish I could do them too.
I find that so pretty.
I don't get mad
like I use too.
I just wish I could do them too.

You've poisoned me,
intoxicated me with your
thoughts and ideals.
I find myself slipping away
into your world
again.
Only this time,
Its a false sense of security
and you make me want
to do bad things.
I don't know how much longer
I can say no,
before I fall
into your poisoned, blissful
world
and you kill me.
intoxicated me with your
thoughts and ideals.
I find myself slipping away
into your world
again.
Only this time,
Its a false sense of security
and you make me want
to do bad things.
I don't know how much longer
I can say no,
before I fall
into your poisoned, blissful
world
and you kill me.

I keep waiting for this feeling to shake, but it won't.

I'm battling this disease
that's taking over this body,
Bleeding it dry, slowly
over time,
taking in all its fill,
till I become consumed
in Ritalin bones
and heart throbe episode's
with Jitter spells
that make me dizzy
in late night episodes
thrashing between the sheets
between nightmares
that leave me feeling
out of place
when the light shines
between the beams
of this place.
that's taking over this body,
Bleeding it dry, slowly
over time,
taking in all its fill,
till I become consumed
in Ritalin bones
and heart throbe episode's
with Jitter spells
that make me dizzy
in late night episodes
thrashing between the sheets
between nightmares
that leave me feeling
out of place
when the light shines
between the beams
of this place.

These lungs of mine
Have grown weary
from your ill-fittedness
and yet I find myself
going mad
from this toxicity
you created.
Have grown weary
from your ill-fittedness
and yet I find myself
going mad
from this toxicity
you created.

I have to remember I'm not a teenager anymore.
They still scare me.
They still scare me.

They are on the other side of the road,
don't bother the crows.
(Something I said to my mother a few months back. I don't know it sounded clever and edgy at the time.)

The last time I stayed here,
You were right beside me,
Drunk.
You hit on me then.
You were right beside me,
Drunk.
You hit on me then.

I use to feel like this body
wasn't mine,
I wanted to be dead
most of the time too.
wasn't mine,
I wanted to be dead
most of the time too.

Dear st.Paul,
even out your sidewalks.
sincerely,
concerned citizen.

He is
the all seeing eye
that mystifies
and binds us.
