Funny that
It is ironic
borderline moronic
that I write about love
and romantic stuff
This coming from someone single
who stays at the bar trying to mingle
Sure there is some flirting
then comes the deserting
Funny that
Am I even worthy of love?

I am trying not to sound bitter
try to smile with some glitter
I am trying not to frown
whilst hanging upside down

Is there even the 1?

Antisocial
"I love what you did with that dress"
a torn black dress
"such lovely eyes"
staring into bloodied black-eye-holes
He walks to the next guest
his boss
Leaning over into empty air just above a bulky body
"What... I am not insane and I keep my job!"
"did you lose your head? No it's in the bowl of punch"
indicating to the head in a bowl of blood
He walks to the next guest
his lover
Sitting down right in front of her
staring at her ovary necklace and laughs
the laugh looming over...

A poet without words
I don't know what to say
the words won't come out
and if they do
they are repeated words
I don't know how to say it
even if there is something to say
it seems meaningless
attached with false importance
It's subjective
some will say
yet we barely grasp onto a subject
just a mold of it really
So my writing is real
in a virtual reality
see the irony
failing to turn led into gold
I do not understand
who knew?
a poet without words

Possessed
Tangible
so tangible
flowing like electricity
forcing your every move
Your body isn't your body
a vessel
a doll
a crash test dummy
The pain
bitter sweet pain
that controls your joy
flicking the switch like an exciting new toy
The mind twisted and tuned
to sing to its tune
voices and games
accompanied by insulting names
It possesses you
but you love the pain of being
possessed
so tangible

Honest people have nothing to fear
so you would think
makes sense
seems logical
So you would think
well...
technically...
theoretically...
perhaps...
In due time of course
but wait,
people who refuse to wait
make honesty want to wait
Tell the truth
you hurt their feelings
tell a lie
you keep them happy
In what century has lying ever helped?
The 19th?
The 20th?
yes HERE IT IS...IN THE 21ST
Just one thing
sweep it under the rug
ignore its weird topography

It's odd

Your life
0-100 years
the whole 9 yards
is a dream
Your God you worship
is some snot nosed kid
in an alternate universe
that sees time differently
The people you meet
have lines
a role to play
in a subconscious world
Your knowledge
is a piece of fiction
the kid picked up
and is now dreaming about
So is this life pointless
Well...

that have value and none at all
Taking pictures

Bullets are pills
Death is another form of sleep
a less temporary one
but important all the more
Why then fear death?
Death is sleep
Sleep is rest
Rest in peace
No need for shock
Bullets speed up your sleep
a painless position
sending you to sleep
Rest In Peace
Why stay awake?
why not reach for your pill?
Let them work
Let them put you to bed
A finger twitch away
no water is needed
only a little hammer
To rest in peace

Why then fear death?

Shut the f**k up
People please
just read this piece
and there will be a lot more peace
Should a screen appear
never fear,
You have a choice of two
either watch
or avoid it like the flu
Your volume
must not exceed it's volume
We do not care,
about your new hair
or about your day
We just want to watch the show if we may
Screens are not for group meetings
nor for loud preaching
there is a story,
to entertain in all it's glory
We want their words
not yours!
We want their drama
not...
just read this piece
and there will be a lot more peace

Seeing that we're all looking
for the right one
at the right price
with unclear expectations
Let's make a list
first off
I am a woman kind of guy
that's a big one
Lets continue
-Looks wise
doesn't matter
think long term
style matters more
-If possible
She should be a gamer
and a bloody good one
no "what does this button do"
-She must be an omnivore
that means plants and meat
no guilt over a dead cow please
no Banting diet
-NB she needs to be a DC fan
Marvel doesn't...
for the right one
at the right price
