Truth is...
I'll tell you what the truth is
but the.. truth is ..it hurts
Born in this world I became apart of you &
remembering how you popped in and out of my life it don’t make it harder to..
help you understand that every single one of your blood cells run through my veins & since you never took your invitation to the birth of your newborns, don’t worry about our last name.
My hero I saw you as
my superman soaring you were there to catch me if I fell
nowadays no visit, phone call, not even a letter in the mail
yesterday I was your princess while...

It was killing me
but oh silly me
didn't wanna believe
that you were playing me...
nobody knew that you held my hand
that in my world I called you MY man
that I laid on you chest just to find your heart beat
that i called your name just to hear you speak
nobody knew....
that I held you tight because I was afraid that I would lose you...
that I called you babe & you called me boo
that when you said you missed me I said i missed you 2
nobody knew....
but when i tried to express my pain
you laughed when I was serious

im not gonna beg you...
Looking down at my knees you see no scares, no bruises, no marks...all because i never begged you. Tired of waiting for you to come around and fooling myself into thinking that you're gonna change. I cried for days and days; with the mind set of "its gonna get better". Im so tired but not tired enough to say im not gonna beg you. Im not gonna beg you for attention, attention that another probably has. Im not gonna beg you for anymore of your time when in reality im wasting my own.

soldier...
Soldier....
how dare you,
how dare you prove to me that the things
people and my family said about you were true!
How dare you screw with my mind, after i stood up for you when they criticize you.
HOW DARE YOU!
I was a soldier in a deadly war fighting for someone
who i thought loved me..
turns out to be someone who was out to hurt me...
Now i stand alone...
A soldier who lost the people who mostly cared..
how dare you,
how dare you prove to me that the things

feeling your touch and missing you so much;
