I'm Not Crazy
There's so much turmoil
In my wrecked head
Some days it doesn't pay
To even get out of bed
I'm always taken so off guard
When I do get up
By those who just don't matter
With their social fantastical chatter
If you tell them to get a life
your words you'll see them splattered
Like the letters in a game of Scrabble
In senseless banter and pointless warble
Maybe, I'm not crazy after all
As I watch them falter and eventually fall
In my wrecked head

I'm no stranger
to controversy
So this might appear
a bit misleading

Too many times
You have hijacked

Kicked it around
Torn it apart
Commiting Grand Larceny
With each new start
You trampled on
this nearly shattered heart

The Lady Blue (Another Chance)
Gary and I were heartbroken over losing the baby.But as luck would have it, I got pregnant again not too long afterwards. Everything was going great that is until the dreams returned. I ended up very depressed over them.
Please don't judge me. I think I have suffered enough for my past transgressions. I pray I am forgiven for I never meant to hurt anyone. I only wanted love like all of the rest. Perhaps, I shouldn't be forgiven as my happiness was bought at the expense of another women's pain.

Life isn't always so easy in the Big Easy. You'll see what I mean. Not too long after Gary and I tied the knot, I turned up pregnant. That was the good part but then the dreams began. My baby was going to be a beautiful blessing in our lives when born. However, I was having dreams I couldn't shake off of something bad happening to the child. I just didn't understand why they were happening.

The Lady Blue (Torn Between Two Lovers)
I believed Gary when he said we were through so when he showed up at a party Joe and I threw, I was shocked to see him. Not only was he there but he had come alone. I couldn't stop thinking about him and all of the good times we had shared.
Towards the end of the evening, he followed me into the kitchen as I went to get a drink of water from the faucet. I had just set the empty glass in the sink and was turning around when he cornered me in front of the refrigerator.

The Lady Blue ( The Big Break-up)
Gary had a big mad on and wouldn't listen when I told him nothing happened between me and Joe that afternoon. In the end he softened some but made me promise that I would tell him if Joe ever made a serious play for me.
So things went along the same as before for a while but my relationship with Gary was strained. I had grown fond of Joe but I still loved Gary.
And then things got really messy because Gary suspected that I was sleeping with Joe though it just wasn't true. I was not able to convince him otherwise and he eventually let me go once again.
