Dear daddy
Dear daddy why do you keep hurting me?
You say you love me. Is that a lie?
I remember one night you came home drunk.
Mommy tried to hide it but the marks still showed.
She tried to stop you but you just hit her.
You said you would take me away from her.
Now I'm older and now your hurting me.
Your with some other woman.
She seems nice but she wants a family too.
I try to tell you how I feel but it never comes out right.
Daddy please don't have another kid.
You can't take care of the ones you got.
Daddy just listen to me. Hear my cry. ...

This I can promise you
You told me once that you could never fall in love.
You said that all your life people have hurt you.
That friends use you, family gossips about you.
Guys laugh at you, girls bitch at you.
That when you mess up everyone seems to notice.
You said your heart was so full of darkness, that no one could ever change it...
But you have me.
I'll take your darkened heart and make it red with love.
I'll take that cold heart of yours and make it beat once more.
I'll love you more and more each day.
This I can promise you.

Girl: I hate my life no one cares about me. They all gossip about me and call me names like freakgirl and emobitch. My own family doesn't even care about me. My mother is too drugged up and my father is always at the bar. My life is worthless. I'm going to kill myself...
Guy: Please don't kill yourself! Who cares about what those people say, they have no life and they know you have one so they try to take it away from you. And if anyone ever calls you names again I'll beat the shit out of them. But please don't kill yourself!

Why did you have to have to go? Why didn't you stay when I needed you the most? Didn't you love me? I loved you! I need you here! Can't you hear me screaming out your name? I cant sleep knowing that your not here with me. My eyes hurt so much from crying all the time. I'm so tired. Why, why, why.....
