Struggle
I keep pestering myself
Telling myself
"All will be well"
"Today might seems not-fine"
"But tomorrow; I'd be alright"
Days passed
Nights flashed
And here I am waiting
Calculating
Tabulating;
Dreaming; about my new mode of living
I keep believing
The pain; I keep it hidden
Thinking;
Tomorrow will be a new beginning
But here I still am
Bowing my heading down
with ah heavy heart
And that fakeful smile
Preachers said I'm destined for more
Friends stressed I live like boss ...
Telling myself
"All will be well"

Oh My Soul
Oh my darling soul
What have you gotten into
Your destiny seize to glow
Your path seems too slow
Oh my angry heart
What are you angry at
You creator who doesn't seem bothered
by your cries, pain and scars
Or people who never got your back
Oh my trouble mind
What's keeping you behind
Everything seems to crumble; Aye?
Nothing seems to be working right
Oh my wavery thought!
Stay focus; don't be lost
Your path might look rough but
The destination will negate it all
What have you gotten into
Your destiny seize to glow
Your path seems too slow

What are you angry at
You creator who doesn't seem bothered

Or people who never got your back

Damn!
This country bleeds red
And that's because of them
Them government
Mischievous men
Clueless men
Colonial-minded men
Men who dwell
at the devil's den
Men whose pen
are meant to repel
Anything that's shred
at the edge of well
Men with animalistic gem
Yea; they're also rare
Men with sheep-like sense
Telling us men
Every now and then
To keep mute instead
Should we keep laying on this ruthless bed?
Till the clock ticks to twelve
The green part is already teared
Are we gonna keep...

And that's because of them
Them government

THE PAWN, QUEEN AND THE KING
The queen loves the king
But still wants to keep
another piece
Called the pawn
Coz she enjoyed keeping him around
The king in his majesty
So pure and real
Loves the queen the more
But only wants her to be
Where, what and how he want
The slavish piece
So rough and sleek
Also loves the queen
She meant the world to him
And he fought her war
Expecting nothing in return
The brilliant queen
So wise but bleak
Chooses royalty
over an unfit piece
Filled with uncertainty

Accompanied by a weary heart
Could I even write a love poem?
A poem I could share with you
One that'd troubleshoot your mood
And make you feel brand new
A toast of my love
a toast to forever too
Something from up above
Like the stars around the moon
A light shinning through.
Something good
Sweetly scripted smooth
A love song;
Softly rung;
And chirped to a tune
If I write a love poem
Will the stars fall flat?
Breaking up with the sky
Just to come fill...

My sweetest heart is bitter without your prettiest smile
My moonless night turns bright with the stars in your cutiest eye
My darkened day only needs the light in your brown-skinned face
My thorn-filled way get paved when you're finally here to stay
My scar-filled part only seek a vein from your precious heart
I'm paralysed; come take me to your paradise
My saddened scripture only need a stare at your dopest picture
My wavery future; fade and flicker the day I meet her

From human-slavery

Antihuman policies

By em British colony

to a free-free world
Free from brutality
to a greater course
But when exactly
Will we be free
From the war within
When will we be free
From talks of guns

From wars and bombs

From bad leadership

I can be the moon, sun and stars
I can paint your sky blue, black and white
Then the planets will be dully aligned
with your name written in the stars
I can be your armour; I can be your guard
I can be a god; so I'll give your life
Then I'd make you an angel; so you'll be immortalised
I can reset the rhythm to your weary heart
I can be the consolation to your teary eyes
I can be your heaven; I can be your earth
I can be this; I can be that
But nothing seems enough
To affirm my love
So now, I retire
Coz I'm...

Leaders with their corruptive works
Terrorists equipped with swords
Militants armed with guns
Youth given jobs
To spit hate-filled words
Their pocket is stuffed
with 50 bucks
Their nose 's stuffed
with hyping drugs
Now their runs is on
Houses burned
Street filled with blood
soldiers left to rot
When all the damage is done
People start screaming war
Sure,
we no go 'gree, yea, we will not
Yes because
at the end of it all
innocent 's cuffed
And the real culprit is undisturbed
God! When will...

I was your knight
Why'd you leave too soon
When our love is yet to bloom
You once said you're my moon
And I am the stars
Even at noon
You still make that glowing spark
You outshine the sun
Even though I'm rough and poor
You treat me like I have it all
You said this love
is just enough
That no matter what
You'd be the lightening to my thunder
That our mutuality will never go asunder
But those stuffs... ...
