Praise Him
I love your mysterious ways
and how you guide my steps
I’ll sing to the end of my days
of all your promises you’ve kept
I humbly lift my voice in awe
as your spirit washes over me
my praise from me you draw
for you have truly set me free
We await for your sweet return
and the trumpet blast that day
for salvation we don’t have to earn
as you give your endless love away
So I’ll dance as angel’s wings thunder
and their chorus now sings on high
you inhabit our praise to our wonder
as our hands reach up...

Your journeys path will
never know the dark night
Move the bushel and be
counted for we are the light
Remember, you are holy,
righteous and redeemed
This gift of life is better than
anything you’ve dreamed

Covenant
you hold my hand every single day
I thank you for your holy sacrifice
your love I wear like a wool shawl
and my dreams come alive as I sleep
you are ever faithful like the sunrise
your truth is as sweet as honey
Holy Spirit ministers like a waterfall
and I swim in revelation every day
you love me even when I stumble
your grace is like a comforting song
and your word is a love letter to me
a covenant that will never be broken
I thank you for your holy sacrifice

Freedom
you took away all my shame
and I will never pick it up again
condemnation no longer has place
I am redeemed by the blood of the lamb
as promised I am kept in perfect peace
and I cast all my cares at your feet
I am loved by you for who I am now
your loving kindness sees me through
I know what freedom really means
and I am a sheep that hears your voice
with boldness I enter your presence
for I know that you will always be true
and I will never pick it up again

Footsteps
Holy Spirit walks with me
tells me to the left or right
guides me through the dark
reveals all things to me
the world has no meaning now
and I could never turn back
for the steps of a righteous man
are ordered by the Lord
my anxiety has gone
all fear has disappeared
sadness falls to the wayside
anger dissipates like smoke
you take delight in my growth
and I welcome your correction
I wear your words around my neck
and they keep my heart close to you

lights my path through the dark

Fragrance
I am a pleasing fragrance to Him
the one who set me free
patience, love, gentleness and others
fruit from when He hung on the tree
He is purer than spring rains
more patient than a granite mountain
kinder than the warmth of the sun
sweeter than wild honey
I am a new creation in Him
and I have the spirit of the living God
He dwells inside and is forever there
the power that raised Him lives inside of me
I am a flower whose petals are barely open
yet my perfume pleases Him
His word quietly nurtures me ...
