POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Hobo's Lane
Come meet me,
At the end,
Of Hobo's lane,
Where the Seguin river flows.
Listen for the whistle,
Of the train,
As it goes,
Across the spanning bridge.
Pray that the Bull's,
Don't get me,
As I hide this freight car,
Of hay and wood.
Wear your sweat perfume,
That I adore,
And ruby red lipstick,
So, I know you.
Come meet me,
At the end,
Of Hobo lane,
Where the Seguin river falls.
Listen for the shuffling,
Of my feet,
As I dash along,
Watching for thorny...
At the end,
Of Hobo's lane,
Where the Seguin river flows.
Listen for the whistle,
Of the train,
As it goes,
Across the spanning bridge.
Pray that the Bull's,
Don't get me,
As I hide this freight car,
Of hay and wood.
Wear your sweat perfume,
That I adore,
And ruby red lipstick,
So, I know you.
Come meet me,
At the end,
Of Hobo lane,
Where the Seguin river falls.
Listen for the shuffling,
Of my feet,
As I dash along,
Watching for thorny...

Canadian Proud
The maple leaf it do fly,
Waving happily,
On a pole so high.
As the red and white flies,
I reflect,
Of what this country,
Do the best.
In unison we do sing,
Our national anthem,
Like song birds,
In the spring.
We are like the beaver,
So noble and grand,
Building a country,
While saving the land.
The noble moose,
So sturdy and strong,
Protecting the forest,
With a watchful eye on all.
We have the heart of a dove,
And a soul of a bear,
Believing in peace first,...
Waving happily,
On a pole so high.
As the red and white flies,

Little Weaver
Strands of silver,
Legs like arms,
The weaver did spin,
Some old yarns.
Creating a masterpiece,
As nature's Van Gough,
Which shines in the sunlight,
In ambers glow.
Body of gold,
You create your design,
Like stained glass windows,
in a shrine.
Fang like smile,
Came over your face,
Inspecting each little strand,
And every space.
As nature's winds,
Showcase the artist’s work,
Making an unexpected guest,
Come to Perch.
Causing your work,
To loosen its grip, ...
Legs like arms,
The weaver did spin,
Some old yarns.
Creating a masterpiece,
As nature's Van Gough,
Which shines in the sunlight,
In ambers glow.
Body of gold,
You create your design,
Like stained glass windows,
in a shrine.
Fang like smile,
Came over your face,
Inspecting each little strand,
And every space.
As nature's winds,
Showcase the artist’s work,
Making an unexpected guest,
Come to Perch.
Causing your work,
To loosen its grip, ...

Midway Remembered
A sea of white,
Silently stood,
Around the great monument,
Of stone and wood.
Men and Women solemnly stood,
Tears of sorrow,
For each forgotten ,
Sailor and friend.
As each ships name,
Sailor's rank read,
Midway's sea battles,
Tears were shed.
As taps was played,
They stood as one,
As sea of white,
Proudly stood strong.
As the stars and stripes ,
Were carried off,
The next generation in honor,
Grabbed the torch.[/font]
