Trapped
Powerless nights I spend to myself
Letting the storm rage inside me
Swirling inside of my head
Showing me the darkest seclusions of my mind
The music of the damned
Nightmares dance inside my head
I watch as shadows leap across the room
Sirens sing death's sweet lullaby
Sweat beads across my face
Tears stream down my cheeks
As the darkness takes it's hold of me
Shattering my thoughts and visions of myself
Floating in this censored world
It's grip clasped tightly around my neck
Forever tormenting me proving it's power...

Matricide and patricide
Either way I'll watch you die
Homocide and genocide
Whatever I choose you'll see my eyes
You'll never see it coming
You never think it's me
You thought I was so loving
But I've successfully deceived
The love of the game is how I live
Toying and luring you into my trap
You fall for the things I give
Not knowing when I will snap
Now I lay you down to sleep
You pray the lord your soul to keep
If you should die before you wake
I command my hands your soul to take
Either way I'll watch you die

Night
The candles are lit and I sit in the center
I feel a drag in my stomach as I breathe
I feel my pulse, I feel my heart's rhythm
Slow and steady but strong
I look down at the open book
My lips begin to speak the words from the page,
My heart beats faster
I breathe harder
My lips keep going reciting every word exactly
I start to shake feeling tingling running through me
Beads of sweat start to run down my face
The flames start to dance
This electric feeling grows
Racing up my spine through my finger tips
Still I speak on...

There's a lie that rests on your finger
Shining through the grey smoke that
Fills the air of the room you visit every two nights
Thick with thousands of smells to that attract you
I sit there and watch as she works her magic on you
Letting you take control
Checking her reflection in the lie on your finger
She gets paid by the hour and she's getting paid!
The other girls are used to the sounds in this house
The rumbling through these thin walls
The secrets kept under this roof
Muffled in the moans of her magic
There's a quiet...

One foot after the other
Left, right, left, right
Smile, laugh, nod
It has all become routine to me now
Nobody knows that it's all fake
Can anyone see my bruises?
Can anyone tell if I'm sad or why?
No
No one sees me wipe away the tears
No one finds me in the bathroom crying
In the sink
No one hears me scream for relief
I plaster on a mask that no one can remove
The mask fools, tricks, deceives
When I am with myself the mask is removed

The alcohol sweats from my lips
