POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
I write about what I know. Emotional, confessional words. I guess sometimes it can be quite depressive or macabre stuff, but I don't see it as such. Anyway, when was there ever a happy poet?
Hollowed
At first they were untouched
Were unstained and were unseen
For he was their pillar of hope
On which to trust and whom to lean
But then the stroking started
Return their pain once felt
Once again such searing orifices
-that musky odour smelt
Thrust and thrust their sobs would echo
Tears and blood would run together
Legs apart with palms pressed down
Lasting an eternity, lasting forever
Crying themselves to sleep
Please God let us not wake
Yet with suns first kiss
- awoken they were
Such atrocities forced to take. ...

There is no life to lead
No love to leave
in here
This hollow
Unto which I’m bonded
I’m my own
Hateful prisoner
My gnashing guard
my towering walls
No oats to retch;
- no bloodied fingers to reach
no fluid to spill
To stain this cracked floor
My sanctuary.
There are no chains to break
No smiles to fake
no fury to feel
No cuts to heal-
Loss’s to mourn-
Nor scabs torn
There is nothing
Days spent lost
-into years forgot
My own...

Victoria (Lady Judas)
She never eats
She never sleeps
Just sits and stares
And cries and weeps
She looks so young
But thin and frail
Her skins so soft
So soft and pale
Her eyes are dark
Hurt and cold
Alight with fear
Such stories they hold
About the way she's suffered
Her endless pain
She doesn't dare hope
Its always the same
She will never be helped
And she will never be free
She will never escape
Escape from me.
She never sleeps
Just sits and stares
And cries and weeps
She looks so young
But thin and frail
Her skins so soft
So soft and pale
Her eyes are dark
Hurt and cold
Alight with fear
Such stories they hold
About the way she's suffered
Her endless pain
She doesn't dare hope
Its always the same
She will never be helped
And she will never be free
She will never escape
Escape from me.

Emma (Pariah)
Somewhere near
Surrounding me
I can hear
Insulting me
Laughter and pointing
Haunts me
These phantoms of the corridor
Waiting to hurt me
They are closing in
Snarling at me
I'm going to cry
Punching me
I long to fly
Kicking me
I long to die
I cannot see
My world has gone black
Thankfully
I'm going to die
Mercilessly
Its all gone grey
Mercifully ...

Birthday Girl
I'm awake
and
Somethings forcing itself
Upwards, into myself
No help, but I am screaming!
Meaning; no one is coming
Running? None. My family must be dead
Burning red, blinding me
I cannot see, its hatefully intruding
Another is protruding, brushing my lips
Pain! Something rips
A scream escapes me
Nothing to see, but the pale skin of him
His thrust and moan
Alone, I'm completely
My useless whimpers puncture the agony
As they continue to rape and beat me

Elizabeth (A Song for the Dead)
Black, so black
A sea of black
Blank, but sank
Their eyes so blank
Rise, and fall
We stand, we stall
So it starts
and with broken hearts
We silently weep
Then collapse into seats
Fierce flames are pulling
Their crackles are lulling
The Earth is moving
This world keeps turning
Yet the silence is dulling
Dulling us all.
A sea of black
Blank, but sank
Their eyes so blank
Rise, and fall
We stand, we stall
So it starts
and with broken hearts
We silently weep
Then collapse into seats
Fierce flames are pulling
Their crackles are lulling
The Earth is moving
This world keeps turning
Yet the silence is dulling
Dulling us all.
