I Cast A Spell On You
Gather around closely, pull up your chair
I've got a story to tell
Get as close as you can, I want you all to hear
So I've cast you all under my spell..
It's not a fictional story, this story's true
But I'm happy to let you all know
Cos I'm the happiest that I could possibly be
Cupids hit me in my heart with his arrow.
It's been a long time coming I can tell you!
But my patience may have finally paid off?
I can sense it, my intuitions telling me
So I'll bring my heart down from the loft.
It was up there in storage for...

I'm sorry I feel the way that I do
But I'm not taking the blame,its all down to you
Why the hell do you pull at my heartstrings?
You make my soul dance to the song your love brings.
Your beautiful, I adore you and I want you to know

5am Blues
Seagulls rile me around 5am
And I've just begun to fall asleep
Its early or late depending on your thoughts
For me I've only begun to count sheep...
Bloody Sun's penetrating a crack in the blinds
Now my room is illuminated
So I'm pulling the duvet over my head
Not slept a wink, so now I'm frustrated!
Fuck it! I'm gonna get up now!
Thats just gone 6 o clock
Holly is niggling at me too for fuck sake
Poor dog needs out for a walk...
But me I'm still half asleep
My brain is telling my legs to go to fuck
Its not easy but...
And I've just begun to fall asleep

Secret heart, what are you made of?
Secret heart, what are you afraid of?
Secret heart, why are you so mysterious?
Secret heart, why so sacred? Why so serious?
This very secret that your trying to conceal
Is the very secret that your dying to reveal
Secret heart, what are you scared of?

My respect for you will always be
The purest of it's kind

What Would YOU Do?
What would you do if you were me?
Would you continue the way that I do?
Or would you be the one brave enough
To tell you that "I want you"?
What would you think if you were me?
Since you know all the things that I do?
Would you be strong enough to carry on?
And pretend that your feelings aren't true.
What would you say honestly to me?
Would you be as gentle as I am with you?
Or would you simply just not say a word?

Lost For Words
Lost for words that's what I am,
I no longer know what to say?
I'm exhausted, all out of hope
And I'm sick of these games that you play!
My hearings gone, I no longer want to hear
Any word that comes out your mouth!
Unless you speak the truth then dont speak at all,
All your words are coming from down South...
You speak with your ass, not with your brain,
And everything's excuse after excuse

For I'm tired of this endless abuse.

How Can I Tell ?
How can I tell you "I want you" When I'm scared? How can I prove to you that I do?
How can I not say those simple words above? When each and every one of them are true!

This me is not the me I used to be
This me is the me I always should have been
The me I used to be I will never be again
The new me is the best me I've seen...
And although the old me brought this me to me
I'm happy to let that old me go
I'm more me now than I thought I could be

"Fatso"
I hate myself for being FAT!!!
I want to stab myself in the stomach repeatedly!
My Soul is trim as is my heart
It's just that Mother nature defeated me.
I'm honest kind and caring
My integrity is intact
You'll be hard pushed to find a more loving man
But hurtful words about me have an impact.
If I could slice away at my flesh
If I could only melt away all my fat
I'd gladly take in my hand a hot knife
And keep on slicing til my stomach was flat.
I feel ashamed cos it's my worst self hate
When people tell me to...
