I don’t care what you’ve done…
Where are you now?
No use holding a grudge
For a past the keeps you down
Another day til you’re ready
To open up the door
I won’t push or pull you away, no
trust me when I say…
I am here for you
And I’ve always been
Waiting by your side
I took the pain for you
And while the world stood still
You were on my mind!
I am here for you!
Neither death or life
Could ever separate
When you call me
I’m closer,
With every step you take
Until the very end…

It started out gloomy
A single parent raising his son
I was fine until
The step mom
Abuse, sexual assault
But through it all
I walked through life with a smile
And that’s cause of her…
My best friend
I was shy and stupid
Just hanging out was enough
Then lovers and friends came in
The good the bad and the evil
We’ve seen it all
Tears of happiness and sorrow
Dancing singing and acting
She convinced me to do it all
It was fun
sexual tension and betrayal
We were confused in heat ...

It’s been 18 years
And 18 fears
But now look at us
Went from hours of lying
To hours of crying
And dying
All on the inside
Now we fight for each other
And help one another
Through all of the bullshit in our lives
We used to hide from the fears
Covered in tears
Now we face them together
Scared of the lying
So what we’re dying
As long as with you I don’t care
I used to shut off my mind
Look at the time
Hoping that I could leave
But now that I’m gone
Dance with...

It’s bringing me pain
And I just want to get you up out of my brain
I’m sorry for being offensive
But it’s hard just being your friend
And in the end I look stupid
The time I spent was useless
Honestly girl I miss you and
I can’t stop thinking about you...
One moment I hate you
The other I love you
Steeling your heart was never my aim
See I let you go and nothings the same
Damn do we do arm and arm
Or are we Armageddon

I ran around with a frozen heart
Tryna act like it wasn’t there
But no more

My red, white, and blue heart.

And self sacrifice
And love for my people
