POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Off Course (work)
Another sunny day,
Mother nature's funny way of saying,
"Hey, it's time to play!" ...Ha,
Stuck, you stay indoors.
Fuck -
Eyes hit the floor...
Every line requiring time
to procrastinate;
How you take the bait
and leave it late
grieving fate...
worrying, beyond control.
Then fixiate,
dialate,
due in at eight:
This, is your final call.
Too scared to fall,
You give your all!
Adrenaline pumping,
Heart still thumping-
A full 10% of your brain!
So relieved, you swear in vein...

Nameless
Curse this cursor who blinks at me, winks at me -
Wonders what they'll think of me...
So faithless and aimless and painless
without the faintest nationality, mentality;
Identity, a non-entity of issues; misused, tissues
and his shoes were smaller than mine.
But I'm bad, I'm fine. I'm good, I'm fine.
I could be fine. I should be fine,
I would be lying but I'm trying to be a better person
Tired of letting troubles worsen, the curse in
and out - it hurts - I shout! I fall, carrying it all
Cryin', "Stand tall like Ron Paul!", I...
