Forever More
Farewell to you whome I've shared my heart with
It was more than amazing while it lasted
Farewell to he who captured my soul
The he who through youth kept me whole
Goodbye for now but not forever
Because forever awaits us both
I stand here now shattered and empty
Healing slowly as I grow
Our time together was not long
But nothing we did could have done us wrong
Time goes on and still I see you
No matter what you are always there
What the future holds I will not know
But with me you'll be as I grow
So I say farewell to you...

Family Get Togethers
I remember when we would put up the big tent
Bring out the tables Buss out the grines
Gas lanterns hanging from tent bungies
Surrounded by family and friends
"Hui unko"
"Eh boy come come, go eat, inu" papa would say
Hear the nalu crash against the a'a rocks
Feel the spray of ehuka The sway of the coconut trees
Bells ring Rachet
Watch as headlights scramble for the catch
Ulua on the line Clean um Sashimi
Inu flows free
We're having a good time Relaxing

When I first saw you
I knew that you were mine
A light was shining
From beloved eyes

Big Top World *Collaboration*
Sweet music and a sweeter touch
Beautiful memories remind me of so much
What the future holds I do not know
But I can say that I will go with the flow
I've always lived in the static
Stuck in stasis
Cold to all the dramatics like
Those old T.V. sets when the
Channels don't catch
Time runs away from me
Solidified in lime
Fossilized in drift
I ebb and flow
Lyrical memory transcend through time
Music epiphany
No nickel and dime
Quarters Dollars
And things of such
Notes on paper
Hearts in note books...

Mezmorizing Island Sky
Under a mezmorizing island sky
I listen as cool pond waters creep down to the ocean's shore
The glistening pacific and a white sand beach sit at my feet
While misty mountains lay serenely behind me

As the whisper of a soft breeze surrounds me

And through a cloudless sky I watch the radiant sunset

Intoxicating Paradise
The aqua Akua adorns Linohau.
In awe I watch its absolute light creep over the sapphire waters,
As everything is immersed in its luscious rays.
I am trapped by the irresistible pull of nature,
As the alluring concoction of the rain of Lanipili and spray of the ehukai titillate my senses I stand and absorb it all.
With its regalia, Akua dominates the night sky.
Being engulfed in its beauty which no words can describe
Time becomes lost to me.
Hearing the water lap against the shore while the trees sway in the mystifying...

I traverse the dark side of the mountain
Walk the path through shadows unknown.

Here I live, here is home.

Even had we never met,
Never spoken a word to eachother;
Never traded secrets and played the writing game...
Still would I have been happy
Because I got to know you through your words;
Got to live with you through heartbreak and tragedy,
Through love.
Because I got to see a glimps of life through your eyes and know you,
If even for a moments time.
If fate never sees fit to have us meet
Then I would be content with the knowledge that

Life
Time is a solid steel wall that we fight against everyday.
In the short amount that we're given we struggle for a good and meaningful life.
Through that struggle we encounter problems, obstacles, set backs and hardships which teach us lessons.
But the only way to learn is to want to learn.
Some say that death is tough, but I say that to live is even tougher.
Death is like the release from a trap, a way of passage from one life to the next.
While life is a hold on a forged existence that you and the ones before you have obtained.
In the short amount that we're given we struggle for a good and meaningful life.

Secret
Everyone has a secret, a side that they do not show.
Everyone has a different way everywhere they go.
People are mysterious, a thousand stories behind those eyes.
Will you tell me some of them that you keep hidden inside?
I can only guess if you won't tell, by the language that you show
Through the way you act, the looks you give, and all the things you know.
Everyone has a secret locked deep in their soul.
Their minds tell them to let it out but their hearts won't let it go.
Everyone has a different way everywhere they go.

Saturated Senses
I see smooth skin and to die for green eyes
Hear a voice of shadows and sin,
and hair the color of the deepest night.
Feel a body that sets off lust like a forest fire,
Hands with the knowledge of the ages.
I taste, dark spices and sweet desire; unsure of the smell,
as love wars against the raging fire.
But through all of this engulfing heat,
knowledge infuses me like a cool ocean breeze...
That, as helpless as I am to you - You. Are wholly. Mine.
Through fire. And ice. And everlasting time.
