UPBEAT INSPIRATIONAL POEM

Fallen into an ABYSS
Fallen deep into an abyss
yet no signs of despair
who cares?
No one
they all pass amused by the sight of
the fallen
they laugh
Mocked me
Am I a fool?
Who was I to think that they cared?
....When I was on my pinnacle
I looked down upon them
Now the tables have turned
I am a mere mortal of a shell
What I once use to be
A valued lesson learnt
The hard way....
Once up,
never scorn or look bad....
bad upon those under you
For one day, it's those that are under you
That will rise up
Like the seeds and pods,...
yet no signs of despair

Moving On.......
Weary eyes
On pillow lay
Hoping to sleep
Come what may
But thoughts of you
Crosses my mind
Confused
In love
About love
How can I define?
My thoughts are muddled
Scrambled...... like remnants from a bomb explosion
Need to grab the remains
Put everything together and move on.
Love is supposed to be better than this
Need to stay focus, be strong
As love shall prevail............
And tomorrow be brighter.........

Woman,
Arise; hold your head up high
Look to the sky
For martyrs and Kings
Holds you in high Esteem
That’s why,
You should be treated like a Queen.
Woman,
Be Proud...
Be Proud of who you are
Show grace as you walk
Show manners as you talk
Be recognise wherever you go
Strong woman...
The world will know

Be strong, Be Proud
Don’t give in to abuse
Don’t be treated with disrespect
You are an inspiration.
Woman spread your wings.
For in this world
You are an equal achiever

The Love letter
Hi Boo,
As I lay here in my bed
Wrapped with Duvet up to my head
Just thinking solely about you.
Oh how I wish,
I could have been in your arms at this very moment
As I so long to touch
And feel your embrace
As we sit and talk
And look at each other’s face.
Oh how I long
To extend your tongue from your mouth
As it peeps out amongst those
Rosy succulent lips to meet mine
(Sigh) Oh how I long to run my fingers through your hair
Along the nape of your neck
Embracing every curvature of your body

My Dream .........
I went to sleep
I had a dream
And in my dream
Subconsciously
I had some thoughts
My thoughts became ideas
This eventually became my vision
My vision is to be a poet
A poet with words
To chill the soul
Feed your hunger
Take control
Control of your mind

Unconditional Love
For years now
I tried to conceal my love
The pain in my heart
Was crushing me from above
My feelings were all locked
Deep within the chambers
And all I could recollect daily
Is your sweet embrace
And those sexy kisses
That many a days
You would plant on me
I still feel the warmth of your hugs
See that rosy smile upon your face
For you had stolen my heart
But over the years
I kept out,
....... Those deepest,
Most heartfelt treasures,
Secured....
In that special place,
...a fortress for your love.
