Crooked?
Taking away the sway of life is the strife on my shoulders,
I'm too busy being a soldier to take into account my own pain,
The count is too high of my high moments just trying to get through tomorrow instead of getting through yesterday to survive today,
Is this the way it's supposed to be?
Is this all there is to see or am I missing some crucial evidence to suggest I'm the culprit,
Crooked cop or straight crook,
Taking lives avenging all my life taking from me,
Walking through the endless street helping the helpless,
Climbing the ladder of vengence...

Your Loss
You feel the pain, You look away to hide the tears
You feel the pain, You wish him back to get rid of the fears
Your screaming wont bring him back no matter how hard you try
You know he's in a better place, But you dont want him to die
I hold your hand but I feel the pain
I hug you tight but I feel your shiver
I kiss your lips but I feel them quiver
I love you but hatred is in your veins
Don't be scared, I'm right here
Don't be afraid, There's nothing to fear
Death is evil only when you dont believe
Life is the good when you're ready to be...

My Life
Your honor is painted black by the ways of this world
Your faith is plagued with faithless men’s words
Your time has come to stand up without the strings
To stand up in this ditch full of earthly things
You puppet, You fool
You walk down the road of lost dreams expecting to be found
You pitiful used tool
You float down the river of hope expecting not to drown

This Feeling
This feeling is stealing my sanity and leaving me reeling.
This feeling is appealing until you feel it then it leaves you kneeling.
Now I’m broken and all that is spoken is the words that awaken my demon.
Now I’m broken and all I have is the words that leave me bleedin’.
“Leave me be” is what I heard, it’s hard to see why she would leave in this time when she bleeds.
She bleeds to me, she bleeds for me, she bleeds in order to be the bitch she needs to be.
This feeling is maddening; I know the source but not the reason.
It doesn’t matter the season, it’ll be there...

Love Is Blind
If love is blind, I wouldn’t disagree.
I’ve never found my way through this strange dream.
I thought you would help me through but you were too blind, I guarantee.
I use to think you would snap out of it, come to your senses, realize my feelings.
But i was wrong, you never cared, I just took the pain from your beatings.
You never touched me, but you didn’t have to, your silence hurt enough.
It cut into me deep; cut deep into my heart which i always thought was tough.

You always said you'd love me, you said you'd save me, butI was mistaken to take that guarantee'cause I’m sitting here wanting you back,This is my plea
So far off in the distance, Like a fond memory to me you are now. I fall on my knees begging for an epiphany
On my kneesI am now, Just thinking how ironic it is that I’m the one made to bow

One day we’ll make it through the trials,
One day they’ll accept the charges and stop the denials,
One day they’ll accept us all, no more asylums
One day we’ll all be equal, no more slums
We try to make it through the tribulations,
We turn on each other, On other nations
