Vengeance
From the seeds of time and wind swept promises, to the very existence of fairytales. Dreams of love and sugar plum kisses,spinning around in twisted tales in our minds. From romance and love, to betrayal, hate, and disgust of the very ones we love.
What makes a good person go bad? Turn into some kind of monster, beast they've never known was inside of them. Lies, manipulation, betrayal of the very things we hold close and dear to us. From the inner depths of our soul we find strength, courage to help pull us through.

Shattered Soul
Underneath the surface, lies the face of hidden emotions. Buried deep underneath the wall of intensity. Emotions, feelings, words left unspoken and half spoken truths. Beneath the tears, beneath the fake smiles, the pretending that everything is OK. Lies the truth, of a broken, shattered soul.

Drowning
(Dedicated to my son Matthew, I love you and I'm glad your alive)
Sun shinning on the water, glistening dancing upon the water.
Going down the slide, plunging in deep going straight down
going under, can't breathe, fighting,fighting to stay alive
getting tired,so very tired, giving up, can't reach the top
can't move, getting light headed and dark
Sinking, falling to the bottom
Darkness closes in
as I close my eyes
terrified
then peace sets in.
Next thing I know
I am being shocked by EMS
heart is beating again
as I open my...

Love and Friendship
Love and Friendship is difficult when combined in a relationship.
It can be the most wonderful thing, or it can be the hardest thing in the world.Complications and insecurities lead into disagreements and arguements.
Its one door swinging open and one door swinging closed. It's all the things being left unsaid.It's the not knowing when it will all end, when it will all come crashing down.
We spend our lives learning,making friendships,learning from our own mistakes. Has the lessons been learned, or do we do it all over again? When you give all your heart and soul then it...

Friendship ~
Two people choose each other through some mysterious mix of alchemy and circumstance. On the surface, the reason for the choice seems obvious they share our interests, they make us laugh. But, is there more to it then that ? Do we ever stop to wonder why this person and not another?
Friendship begins when two people choose each other. But what happens when we outgrow the choice ? Little by little our paths diverge, our needs change and one day we wake up and realize we need to choose something different.
Sometimes with friendships you have to ask yourself is it...
