Mistake
Miserable as a result of one's choice
Ignorant for not listening to self's inner voice
Sorry that I proceeded without caution
TIcked off because asking for help is no option
Anxious due to uncertainty of what is to come
Keeping track of decisions that can't be undone
Evading reality because the number of people responsible for this pain is ONE .....
Be weary of the choices you make, because once they're made, the repercussions will affect your fate....

The Void
A cold and dark space;
An empty and lifeless place
Home to nothingness, pain and grief
A haven for lost hope and shattered beliefs
A silence so sharp it deafens all sound
This area once green and free, now rotten and confined; like an everlasting fall with no sight of the ground

Castaway
Lost, with no destination
Unclaimed, unvalued, and subdued by rejection
Nameless and discounted as a form
Disregarded, disrespect being accepted as a norm
Seen not as a being, never treasured
Comfort and stability are unreachable beyond measures
Searching for a purpose, but one is never found
Screaming to be heard, but no one hears your sound
You don't live, you simply exist;
to experience life's cruelty and it's horrible twists
As time goes on, you can't understand why you can't find peace; it's because it's not a part of your soul's future...

I'm sorry that I wasn't enough
I'm sorry that my patience and loyalty didn't mean as much
I'm sorry that loving you brought forth no true prize
I'm sorry that all of your promises were false and your words were lies
I'm sorry that you didn't value me
I'm sorry that I devoted myself to you entirely
I'm sorry that when no one else did, I remained
I'm sorry that you caused me a great deal of pain
I'm sorry that you hated my independence and pride
I'm sorry that you belittled me and made me cry

Love Me
Live for yourself and the ones you love
Own who you are, secure it like a hand in a glove
Vow to be the best version of self
Evolve; improving your mind, soul, and health
Manifest optimism, positivity, and class
Evoke passion and strength, no longer put yourself last.
Beg for nothing, ask for everything.
Reject hypocrisy, simulation and mediocrity.
Continue to love, don't be a pessimist.
You are a human being, but be ideal and a realist.
These words are my mantra; my oath and truth.
I intend to incorporate them in my life...

Thought I learned my lesson a long time ago, but clearly my completion grade was low so I didn't pass, and now I have to retake the class. Reviewing all of my homework and tests trying to find the error; hoping age and insight would make it all clearer.
