Tight Ropes and Over-stayed Welcomes
Aches and pains
That come and go
Usualy over stay their welcome
When its time to go
Happiness hanging on
Balancing on the fine line of a tightrope
If I could wear any necklace
I would wear a tight rope
I feel as if I've over stayed my welcome

Sometimes I Wish Instead Of
Sometimes I wish I were simple
Sometimes I wish I saw the moon as something far away
Instead of a division between the darkness I know and the light that lies beyond this point, which is ever so close but seems to be unattainable
Sometimes I wish I saw puddles as bodies of water
Instead of a sad reflection which reveals the deepest parts of me that are all too shallow
Sometimes I wish I saw a happy face
Instead of a sad one

Cigarettes and Sunsets are bad for my Health
Lovely hues
Lovely views
As the day evolves dim
Clouds become incrusted within golden trim
Twenty-four karrot
Keeps my eyes healthy
in 20/20 vision

I am not nearly as healthy enough to see you
