Nighttime Rendezvous
Out and about and I pass by you
Is it you?
Yes it. Finally it’s you. I’ve found you
My heart races
Beats so fast-explodes through my breast
On the verge of tears
You look at me and
There’s a moment of recognition
You do remember me
My heart soars
You say my name and my stomach flutters
Unabashed smile, I cannot help it
As you hug me
Awkward at first
Then tight….so tight
Our kiss is natural
Oh! How you taste!
Just the same
Intoxicating, addicting
I want more
I need more
We talk and...
Is it you?

My Victoria
Oh, Victoria, my Victoria
How Beautiful my Victoria is
Her bright and catching smile
Through the torment she suffers
Her eyes they light like the twinkling stars
Oh Victoria, my Victoria
How I understand those hurricane of emotions
Teasing long before the storm
Crashing to the shore with rage
Screaming loud with the thunder of her heart
Raining harshly, drowning sorrows
For a bit anyway

Keep you faith, my Beautiful

It’s so dark
Open your eyes
They are open
Well, shit

Turn a light on
I reach for the lamp beside the bed
My hand knocks a wall
But my bed is not against the wall
I touch it again
It is not a wall. It’s above me. Below me. Beside me. At my feet. At my head.

How did I get here?
Where is here?
Breathe in

Slower, breathe slower
What the hell?
Tears begin
They fall; not down,...

Opening her eyes she looked around. She couldn't help but stare in wonder at the massive tress around her. There were several of them, colored brightly with green leaves and trunks. They were surrounded by flowers, bushes and large mushrooms that could double as a seat.
She had a strange feeling that she had been here before but could not remember. In fact, she could not remember anything.

Bonded
This cord has attached itself to me and I to it
Why did I let myself love this way?
I long to turn the time tables back and whisper in her ear
"You killed one, what is one more?"
But she is a stubborn bitch, what good would it have done?
I desire to return to that time of candy hearts
Solitude with nature
I strive to not become her
I do not think it is working
My scissors are broken and this cord is too strong to break
My time is limited though
One year unless my God chooses to whisk me away to hell
So I put on my mask and continue...

I’ve done my research
Experimented completely
Going further than I thought I ever could
I’m comfortable in this place now
Who would have ever thought?
So, now with all due respect
Really, I mean it with the utmost respect
It’s not meant to offend, but…
You work here only half-assed
You make a meal, but leave the mess
Take the trash but leave the can empty
Use my utensils but leave them unwashed
You do the shopping, but go over budget
Don’t put the stuff away
I know you’re trying to help
But...
I’ve done my research

Angry beating of your heart
The way you throw your fire at me

Mirrored Children
They love us because that's all they know
We're the ones that give them life, teach them, love them
They know no one but us
But that love can go away
Disappear, disintegrate
It is not guarranteed, required
They have no obligation to love us
To continue their love
Their love is freely given
No matter how we treat them
So, we have a choice to treat them
With love and respect
Smiles and hugs, Kisses and love
They are too little to understand the ways of the world
The frustrations of money, jealousy, greed
All they see is...
We're the ones that give them life, teach them, love them

Fleeting Depression
Where are you God? Why can’t I feel you?
Why did you make me knowing this is how I would end up?
How I’d feel?
What was the point?
If I’d die tonight, would the effort I made each day to not feel this way count for something?
Maybe not go to the lowest part of hell?
Where are you? Why can’t I feel you? Why can’t I see you?
I fight to keep going because I know the mess I’d leave behind and

The yells, the anger when I screw up
