Lost without words
Ive been so busy
Too busy to even write
Dealing with stress
Of every day life
I miss the feeling
Of a pen in my hand
The white paper
Without my writing is bland
But my mind is a blank
as of here lately
Dealing with school
My writing is shaky
I feel a bit rusty
I feel a bit lost
With no time to write
My feelings and thoughts
So be ready for more
Of my work to appear
Lets see if I can
Think and write clear
I know this is lame
But I had to let it out
So much built up inside

Darkness taking over
I just cant shake this feeling
The darkness is consuming me
I dont know how to break free
Free from the pain and tragedy
Free from this evil im constantly facing
Is this how it all should be?
Can I change my destiny?
This tortuous pain won't go away
It leaves me with a feeling of great dismay
Is there any other way
To break free and no longer feel like a slave?
A slave to my demons
Lurking in the darkness
Never free from the shadows
That haunt me and cause distress
The darkness is consuming me
I dont know how to break free
Free from the pain and tragedy
Free from this evil im constantly facing
Is this how it all should be?
Can I change my destiny?
This tortuous pain won't go away
It leaves me with a feeling of great dismay
Is there any other way
To break free and no longer feel like a slave?
A slave to my demons
Lurking in the darkness
Never free from the shadows
That haunt me and cause distress

Nature taking course
I sit and listen to
The whispering of the wind
The fire is dancing
In the moonlight
The leaves softly rustle
In the trees nearby
I begin to embrace
The darkness of the night
The darkness envelops me
Engulfs me in a soft embrace
I move about slowly
Savoring each moment
Then you appear
Right in front of me
There you were bathing

Your skin glistening
Under the stars
You look surreal
And I know that you're mine
You're lips touch my neck

I just can't stand the pain
The pain thats deep inside
Inside where I can no longer hide
Hide from my fears
My fears of being alone
Alone where my fears can reach me
Reach from deep down
Deep down to my bones
My bones which ache
Ache down throbbing pain
Pain thats driving me insane
Insane enough to let go
Let go of you

Through forever but

The dark night is crawling
The clouds are filled to the brim
I'd guess a storm is brewing
If I'm going out on a limb
The night that was magical
With the play of thunder and lightning
When ice was set on fire
By the force of a passionate storm
The lightning dances before my eyes

You say im not good enough
You say im not pretty enough
That im not strong enough
Not smart enough
I dont need a guy like you
Who the Hell do you think you are?
Sitting around telling me what to do
You think you're perfect, honey far from it
You think youre God's gift
To women all around
Dont make me laugh
Youre just a clown
Disrespect me again
Ill make you pay my friend
You'll be wishing you were dead

I cant stop thinking of your face
The one that made me feel disgraced
You put me down for far too long
Now im too scared to say im gone
Your footprints are tracked
Up and down my back
From all those year
Of me being a doormat
Im done this time
I won't deny
Youre done torturing me
I won't lie
Your turn to be stepped on
Walked all over
Your turn to be a doormat
You thought you were clever
My turn to shine
My turn to survive
Im in control now
You answer to me, bow down

Which path?
Dont known which path I should choose
I dont know what to do
My mind is so bent out of shape
There's so much at stake
Which path should I take?
Which one means heartache?
Should I take the rugged, hard one?
Or will the beautiful, sweet one be my undoing?
There are many difficult
Choices in life
Some bring happiness
Some bring strife
It all depends on what you choose
Would you walk in someone else's shoes?
