POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Silent whispers
I find myself laying on the floor
With blood streaming from my nose.
Forgot how hard I fall when I get so high!
But still,
This is the only way I could find
To escape this maze I'm living in,
Where the days are long and the nights lonely.
The years are eating on my youth
And my innocence slowly fades.
I'll take another hit,
Just to feel alive again.
It's hard to live when happiness
Is a substance,
Wrapped in a small plastic bag.
My bones are screaming for help
And my body is hard...
With blood streaming from my nose.
Forgot how hard I fall when I get so high!
But still,
This is the only way I could find
To escape this maze I'm living in,
Where the days are long and the nights lonely.
The years are eating on my youth
And my innocence slowly fades.
I'll take another hit,
Just to feel alive again.
It's hard to live when happiness
Is a substance,
Wrapped in a small plastic bag.
My bones are screaming for help
And my body is hard...

Light remains
There's so much space between the two of us
But still,
You are so close.
Your words touched some parts of my soul,
I didn't know existed.
I will remind you every day how much i love your flaws
Because,
I'm thankful that you're by my side,
Even now, when you know i'm twisted.
These days caught me craving for your touch
Like deserts crave for water,
Like a solider craves for home,
Like lost souls crave for shelter.
You settled the dark waters in my mind
And from the very start
I kept hearing a voice...
But still,
You are so close.
Your words touched some parts of my soul,
I didn't know existed.
I will remind you every day how much i love your flaws
Because,
I'm thankful that you're by my side,
Even now, when you know i'm twisted.
These days caught me craving for your touch
Like deserts crave for water,
Like a solider craves for home,
Like lost souls crave for shelter.
You settled the dark waters in my mind
And from the very start
I kept hearing a voice...
