Love You
In case you ever trusted me,
I never told the truth.
In every "Leave me be,"
I meant that "I love you."
I didn't mean to hurt you,
I was just scared of love.
I didn't know I hurt you,
I was just too scarred to hug.
Love is just so new to me,
It's hard for me to accept.
Love is just so hard on me,
It's hard to think it's for the best.
So now will you trust me,
'Cause I'm going to tell the truth:
Don't you dare just get up and leave
Because I'm here on Earth to love you.

Let down your lucious hair,
Because I could swim in it all day long,
Let down your golden hair,
Because I wish to save you, bird of beautiful song.
Let your voice ring, fair Siren,
I want to get lost in you, baby,
Let your voice ring, strange Siren,
I want to get lost with you at sea.
Let your waves of golden hair crash over me, lit by the yellow sunset,
Because my heart might sink if they didn't fall upon me.
Let your waves of perfect hair crash over me, lit by the romantic sunset,

Waking From Reality
It's that moment when you know you're dreaming and you don't want to wake up,
But you know you have to, so you pinch yourself, and you're not asleep.
It's real this time, and that fact has me all shaken up,
But I know what I have to do and I'm just too weak.
It cannot be the way I see it--
I see her eyes looking back at ME.
It cannot be--this cannot be it--
I see her exactly as I do in my dreams.
She's so perfect, her hair so golden,
Her eyes so deep, her hands so soft.
She's just perfect, her skin so golden,
Her figure so curved, her face...

Backstabber
There's a sword in my hand and a knife in my back,
I don't think that's the way I intended this to go.
There's a hole that I dug and into it I collapsed,
I don't think that it's my fault, though.
You backed me up then stabbed my back,
Watch your step or I'll fall back on to you.
You got away clean, without a scratch,
Watch out because I'm out for you.
They pulled me through, now I'm alive again,
And I know who did it to me, so you better run fast.
They're here to help me avenge this sin,
And now you don't stand to last.

Living to Die
I was born to save a life
And that life sure as heck ain't mine.
I was born so I could die
And someone else could live after I'm no longer alive.
I've come to accept it, there's no avoiding it,
So why can't you let me go?
I've come to be ready, now it's time my friend,
So hold my hand and you'll know
That I want this knife in my throat,
Don't try to take it out, it's no use,
That I'm not scared so you need to let go,
Don't hold on any longer, the one I'm saving is you.

She's one person to the world but the world to me,

She's absolutely everything I could ever want or need,

Immortalize
I breathe in, but I won't breathe out.
This is it. No going back.
I breathe in, but I can't let it out.
This is it, this is my last.
Immortalize me in this very moment, God!
Life gets no better than this for me,
Immortalize my body, I beg you, God!
Life is all but over, as you can see.
It hurts to say I'll never see Paris or Rome,
I'll never enjoy the feel of her soft lips to mine,
It hurts to say I'll never go back home,
I'll never hear her wish me Happy Valentine's...
But really would I have anyway?

You make it so easy to make it look so hard,
I see through this glamour to a childish lie,
And it kills me to know that I let down my guard,
Yet over this past regret I do not cry.
No, for my tear glands have grown too numb,
My soul is too broken to care,
That I dared to let myself succumb,
To the dark pit and what awaits there.
The smell of death lured me in,
Grasped a cold hand round my chest,
Twisted me to face his sins,
So forever I may rest.
Because you make it so easy to make it look so hard to want to live.

Hemophobic Hemophiliac
Every lingering trickle
Sends a chill down my spine.
Every red drop I dribble
Sends me screaming for my life.
I'm bleeding, bleeding once again.
But will it last forever?
I'm bleeding, will I bleed again?
But no! I could never!
Because here and now I die!
Here and now I end this hell!
Because here and now I draw the line!
Here and now I cut myself!
I've cut myself so deep, now it's surely over!
I could not stand to see myself bleed again!
I've cut myself to end the blood flow!
I must now bleed to death to win!

Hold my hand. Don't you ever let go.
I'm scared and you know it.
Hold my hand, and hold me close.
I'm scared but I don't want to show it.
But it does. It shows oh so well.
And I hate it. Never have I been so exposed.
But I can't help it. It's a living hell.
And I have to live in it. I guess that's how life goes.
It feels like they're driving a knife into my heart,
