POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
Amber Tester (maggot666)
silence
It creeps in,
It haunts,
It drags itself in.
It suffocates
Strangling and smothering.
Too loud for comfort.
I can't break it,
I can't tame it,
I can't help it,
It fills my head,
My mouth,
Catches in my throat.
I try to scream,
I try to cry
But it is all just a lie,
And I wish it would die.
It haunts,
It drags itself in.
It suffocates
Strangling and smothering.
Too loud for comfort.
I can't break it,
I can't tame it,
I can't help it,
It fills my head,
My mouth,
Catches in my throat.
I try to scream,
I try to cry
But it is all just a lie,
And I wish it would die.

tomorrow
Tomorrow normally never comes,
Yet it looms over us today.
Left speechless,
she won't talk about it.
Everyone's getting ready,
And everything's upside down.
It should have been dome already,
But tomorrow is the day.
We will all say goodbye...
Yet it looms over us today.
Left speechless,
she won't talk about it.
Everyone's getting ready,
And everything's upside down.
It should have been dome already,
But tomorrow is the day.
We will all say goodbye...

a missing peice
I can't feel you
Only where you have been.
I hear all the sounds,
I don't hear yours.
He tried his best,
To clean up this mess.
But he stumbled,
So tiny, unnoticed by many.
He's not you,
He can't fill the hole you left.
We, as a group,
Will never be whole.
And as fans wept,
You slept.
As you slept, everyone wept.
You are gone, never forgotten.
We all got left behind.
But you will never leave our minds.

the things
Is always there
Lurking
In the shadows, it waits
Waiting for a chance to strike
Tearing me apart
It doesn't come out much
I learned how to make it stop,
It just sits, watching
I don't need it
I don't want it
I don't use it
So it's buried deep inside,
It hides, until I cry
It seeps back and covers everything
Turning black
Like a hole, I sink
Dragging me down
It begins again
Lurking
In the shadows, it waits
Waiting for a chance to strike
Tearing me apart
It doesn't come out much
I learned how to make it stop,
It just sits, watching
I don't need it
I don't want it

You were blind
You see what you want,
A happy smile
Hides the troubles and toils,
You see what I let you
You are a toy
A stupid, silly boy.
A coward, drowning and suffocating
In your pool of lust.
You see what I want, but it's a fallicie
The cuts, deep red
Seeping
Leaves me sleeping
Screaming at the sight,
You start to fight,
All out of fright,
In just one night
Your life has changed,
You learned to read
A book that is closed
You see the lies,
And a part of you dies.
You start to realise,...
A happy smile
Hides the troubles and toils,
You see what I let you
You are a toy
A stupid, silly boy.
A coward, drowning and suffocating
In your pool of lust.
You see what I want, but it's a fallicie

Dull Nirvana (heaven)
Tattered and torn
Dirty, greying walls,
I sit, I see
Past and present invading me.
The memories flood
With every bit of blood,
Smeared and seeping on the walls,
Creating pools.
With every cut,
The words written on the wall
They change and morph,
To my warped,
Disturbing world.
This is my haven
My dark nest,
A Dull Nirvana
Dirty, greying walls,
I sit, I see
Past and present invading me.
The memories flood
With every bit of blood,
Smeared and seeping on the walls,
Creating pools.
With every cut,
The words written on the wall
They change and morph,
To my warped,
Disturbing world.
This is my haven
My dark nest,
A Dull Nirvana
