Don't Care About The Consequences
Why do we do this to ourselves?!
Knowing the outcome
And all it's consequences
Aware that the deeper we fall
The greather the scars that will be left behind
Forever a reminder of what was
And what should still be
Yet here we are
Needing
Wanting
Craving
Fiending for more
Never satiated
Never getting enough
Leaving behind an ever growing emptiness
That only we can fulfill
Tormented by desire
Our situation only allowing us enough time to come up for air
Hardly enough to sustain life
Barely enought to breathe...

You Scare Me..
You scare me...
My mind tells me to run
But my heart continues to long
Long for more than you can offer
Long for things I cannot tell you
Out of fear you'll turn away..
You scare me..
So bad I lie awake at night
Too afraid to think of the future
Knowing the further I slip
The deeper we venture
The higher you take me
That much harder will be the fall..
You scare me..
And yet I continue to yearn
Needing every touch, every kiss
Every stolen moment
Knowing that's all we'll ever be..
And even though you scare me

Let Me Let You
I've heard it said that a real man isn't afraid of making his woman feel special.
In that you excel.
But darling, this once, let me let you feel special too..
Let me be the one to hold you, kiss you, feed you, massage every inch of muscle, and with my feminine touch replace the tensions of life with warmth, security and love.

Forget Those Words
Will you marry me?"
A question you asked me during one of our many endless conversations
And wholeheartedly I said "Yes!"
Believing this was meant to be
Preordained by God Himself
A destiny so divine my heart could only describe it as being blessed
Knowing it would take a long time for that destiny to be fulfilled
That fate of happiness as you will
For it would be months till you even came back from war
Time drawing out longer
Communication becoming less I start to wonder
Do you still want me anymore?

The Other Woman
You lying bastard!
You son of a bitch!
You promised a future
And this is what I get?!
You came in my life
Like you could smell I need love
Words sweet like honey
Until fighting it I gave up
Both of us taken
Yet still I gave in
You devoured my soul
In the sweetest of sins
When expressing my guilt
You'd reassure me once more
That I was your soul-mate
Not a home-wrecking whore
Long talks of children
Future possibilities
As (morally) strong as I'd been
I've been brought to my knees ...
