I know you're here for me
But do you hear me
Screaming inside?
I know you say you're here to stay
But did you ever notice
I'm always in misery
And nothing seems to lift my spirit
A ghost walks amoungst me
In my darkest days

When im in a daze
A ghost walks amoungst me
When I cannot find
The words lingering
Inside my mind
I'm always bitter
Always broken
I'm lost for words
They're always choking
Hold your tears
I won't let them be stolen
The thoughts inside me

Welcome back
I'm back from beyond the grave
Or should these words be saved
For someone who cares about the changes I've made
I guess it's the same
Nobody cares
I guess it's the same
No more thoughts and prayers
I guess it's the same
Everyone still points
And stares
At me
When I'm all alone
When feeling lost
When I'm at my worst
What is the cost
To becoming numb
To becoming cold
To feeling alive
Here's to growing old
It's been so long
Since I left myself
Since I said goodbye
to my mental health...
Or should these words be saved

That the world is lost
And it's crumbling
I am on my knee

The ocean is fire
And it's burning

It's no mystery
That nobody misses me
That nobody cares
They all just shit on me
Not literally
I just want my voice to be heard
Silence thy word
And I'm left alone
Feeling so absurd
It fucking hurts

Is this bullshit

I want to be known
I don't want to feel

My heart is racing
And I'm chasing after ghosts
My dreams are far away
So I've got no reason to boast
I feel the future
Slowly slip away
All of the dreams I've had
up until this day
Don't worry
We'll make it out alive
You've just got to strive

You've just gotta have a little bit of hope
You just gotta have the stability to cope
High hopes

Washing away my memory
