With morbid thoughts
A mortal being
That just wanted to die
I lived a life
Never really wanted
Just awaited the chance

Fallen Angel - 2
Trapped somewhere
Between heaven and hell
Fallen angel
No one wants to know well
Not really human
But can’t really die
Lost in mortality
But doesn’t know why
I don’t belong here
She says time and time again
No one will listen
She wants her new life to begin
Dying will free her
She knows in her heart
She wants to release herself
So her freedom can start
She hears as it calls to her
Screaming out her name
Leave your hell now
Quit playing this game
Grab your blade
Take away your pain...

Fallen angel
Dropped from above
Searching the earth
Until she finds her true love
She is not whom she seems
She will never be real
The pain she inflicts
She never does feel
Days fly by
Her life uncontrollably spins
Her sanity always ends
Well before it even begins
Her love can’t be seen
With anyone’s eyes
She will never find it
Until the day that she dies
Dropped from above

Dying
I lay here dying
Drowning in a pool of my own blood
With flashes of images before my eyes
Of the life that did this to me
The pain and the frustration
The hurt and the hate
The loves I have lost
And those that will never be
The voices in my head
Turned too loud to block out
I don’t deserve life
Death is at my door
Slide the blade across your wrist
Take away all your pain
Your solution is in sight
Decide you want this no more
I grabbed the blade
To take my life
No longer in this hell
I choose not to...

A life without meaning
A heart without love
Alone and empty
Dropped from above
Put here as punishment
For lives of the past
Living in misery
How long must it last
Hating this life

Waking
Its morning now
Time to arise
Not wanting to
But I open my eyes
Get on with my day
Do what needs done
Head out the door
Into the horrible sun
I hate being awake
I hate being alive
But somehow I make it
I continue to survive
I spend each day
Just wanting to sleep
To just close my eyes
And enter the deep
The deep slumber
That I will always long for
The eternal darkness
Through which I would soar
Soon I will leave here
This ultimate hell
Finally sleeping
Finally well
Time to arise
Not wanting to
But I open my eyes

Do what needs done
Head out the door
Into the horrible sun

An angel fell
Her wings were broken
Stripped of her status
Due to sins unspoken
Where would she go
What would she do
She lost everything
The life that she knew
Time to start over
Begin a new plan
Survive on this earth
As long as she can
She will earn her wings back
She will once again fly
Soar through the clouds
In the open sky

The door swings open
And you walk in
I can tell from your eyes
You have done it again
You went to a place
You swore not to go
You went and got high
Your guilt, it does show
You tell me you're sorry
Shedding crocodile tears
Swearing you will stop
A million times through the years
I stood by your side
With great hope you would change
I see now its hopeless
Quitting, for you, is so out of range
We must say goodbye
Your daughter and I
We just cannot sit and watch
As you slowly die

The blade glistens in the light
Telling me it will make things right
