this Nation…we need to De-Scream-a-Nation
Cause this nation, your nation…they
doin too much
too much hollering & yelling
but it ain’t gelling
It ain’t working…
somebody say something the other starts knee-jerking
the tear-jerking caused by an absence of soul-searching
seems like alotta John Birching while
at the same time
we got the Economy lurching
fringe sides are perching
I’m telling right now we need to

De-Scream-a-Nation

got too much hesitation…alotta
infestation of
stubbornness…too much ego
bumbling this

ego on the go with
to much e-gone, gone
wrong
we need to De-Scream-a-Nation
to sing
a WHOLE NEW song
An amen to everybody
while they
pass the damn
B*** sobriety test and give it a rest

Could you paint a picture,
with only one color?
Could you sing a song,
with only one note?

Unless your a genius,
you're not that great
with only one shade,
or with only one throat.

My Mind Is A place
Of Disaster And Scare..
Dead Bodies, Walking Corpses
And Blood Everywhere..

To Show My True Colors
Would Be Such A Fright..
But If You Insist
They Are Red, Black, And White..

Red For The Blood
That Stains My Walls
Red Is The Color That Now
Paints My Halls...

Black For The color
As Dark As My Heart..
And The Shadows Of Mine
That Loom In The Dark..

Now The Last Color..
You Ask, "Why White?"
My Answer Is Simple
It's The Last Thing I Saw That Night..

 victor thats  my  true  colors
I failed because I didnt give my best

I''m winning because I corrected my mistakes

I failed simply for lack of game

I''m smiling coz after that I saw a way.

I failed as a result of self esteem

I won coz I added a strong believe

I failed because they made me feel sick

When I focused again I began to win.

I failed because I refused to change

I''m balling right now coz I saw a way

I failed to reach the place I dreamt

I won coz I couldnt let this journey end.

I failed at a point I had no hope

That motivation inside made me strong

I failed again and I had to know

This was just a sign for me to move on.

I failed perfectly I swear

I won coz my effort was on top of the stairs

I failed coz what I did was just fair

After I did it big happiness I had to .

  Open Season
It’s Open Season yet again
The young prey in his natural habitant
Roams, uninhibited, vulnerable and unsuspecting
of the heartless hunter on the prowl
Stocking his prey, the hunter hunts in the dark, lurking in the shadows.

BANG! BANG! BANG!

Stun, the prey screams out in great pain while
he falls down bloody helpless,to the ground

He yells out for help watching the hunter approach
Lights come on around him but no one comes to his aid

The hunter stands over his prey giddy
The prey pleads helplessly

BANG! BANG! BANG!

The hunter has his prize to mount on his wall
A license to kill, like his fathers father before him,
Guiltless

Tupac stated the facts when he said"the penitentiary's packed and it's filled with blacks",placing the blame on the 5-0 who
Caught you slanging cocaine, the cracker who cheated you by  putting the black man to shame, welfare is unfair for funding
Your vanity fair, ten kids without daddy's who would rather pimp out their caddy's.black man sagging his jeans, faggots misinterpret  what that really means,I spent ten years up in the pen,got jumped by six African Americans, they robbed me for the
Pack of smokes that I had, they must of been nicking real bad.white girl with a black man and interracial baby making, don't you know that it's god that you are forsaking?why do I got to be the cracker?was I the one who cracked the whip on the black mans back for being a slacker.why blame the whites, for assuming we're disrespecting your rights?selling crack to the kids in your hood, made a dove and now you think your all good.rap music depicting killing moths fucka's,,how in the world can you honestly say that you're above us?bass drum thumping out of your cars, shit, you can hear that shit on mars!boom, boom, boom African doom,African tribe dancing with style and vibe.its not my fault of why or how your auntie's,brothers or sisters have died.i know this poem won't win, that would be cracka lackin and against  all of your kin.drink some o.e or some gin and lets all have an orgy over at the holiday inn and let the party begin.crackers won't be allowed in....it's a sad world and this is what we live through, hated because we're crackers or Jews....we don't win as much as we lose!

Beware of the DoG...

Its not the verse I reherse....
For you
I bring my worse..

The curse of etiquette..
Raw by nature..

I'm the daughter of a whore..

The abused lil girl next door..

The crime of lunch time
created an animal..

Things you cant even handle reading..
Yet..

Down my neck your breathing..

Your notions are weak..
See me and wana speak..

You were my enemie yesterday
but today you wana play together..

My toys are dangerous..

Linger in the background
the sound of untamed dogs...

I'm demonized ..

While your hypmotized
       disguised as golden...

You hold no candle to me..
Even in fantasy you hide..

This land is your land this land is my land..

What
because your mommy never touched you there
well then
your a rare breed..

I got a dirty taste..
that you chase

your embrace is a waste ..

for my coat is foul..
but my heart is holy..

beware of the dog
that carries the bone...
for she is the dog
that will roam YOUR  throne..

knock knock.......

trapped inside a sunless room
screaming to get out
pounding on the doorless walls
knowing i cant be heard
bitter anger welling up
tears of sorrow flowing
years of hatered i've endured
boiling bubbling up
flowing rushing forth
into one loud soundless scream
like a tree falling in an empty world
a sound that cant be heard
crying screaming to be something
not just ignored
trapped inside a sunless room
trapped inside myself
knowing that i cant get out

"Silencing"
by:  Eric L. Boddie

Several of you know me on here
And know I try to be peaceful and sincere
But some have confronted me with insults and other jeers
But it seems that only my insulting comments do disappear
Why do I get censored....are my words really that severe
While the insults intended for me are still visibly clear
I know my words are hurtful but they are intended to strike fear
To be more honest I really hope they cause a painful tear
All because the insults are not what I want to hear
But they come and I can handle it....I accept them with cheer
And my rebuddal is meant to knock perpertrators on their rear
Because the impact has more force than a lear
And in attack mode, vicious is the only gear
And straight forward is how they stear
But like I said, my words vanish like a mere
Backspace deleting the words I revere
Is it right, well that is the way it seems to appear
Because it happens so they feel they can disrespect Eric's ear
Without any consequence, but just like the deer
Caught in the headlights or the alcoholic on his third case of beer
Keep your fingers on the censors because I won't stop until their hearts start to sear....

Now Silence That....Discrimination!
