We're all entitled to our opinion, including you, and you've not seen me attack one person in ALL these threads for sharing theirs. Yet you sympathize and "understand" ( I believe is the word you used with me privately ) where mindtrain is coming from. And I do too because he's filled with hatred and resentment; however, that doesn't make what he does REPEATEDLY right nor should be an excuse for him to blatantly violate site guidelines.
So yeah--if you want this back on topic and non-nitpicky, that can happen if everyone plays nice in the sandbox.
If it goes south again, and the brawling resumes, the thread will disappear, because the warning is out there and it's directed at all, not just one side.
Then I suggest, as I have in every one of these threads, that 1) you control the ones who are constantly violating guidelines and attacking other participants and 2) that a dramatic production isn't made by a Moderator over a reported violation and 3) That moderators not commit the same thing they're accusing a DU member of.
It's that simple and I don't understand why it can't be done.

Me paraphrasing The lady doth protest too much, methinks".was in reference to Avahatis reaction . She even in her own words admits to reporting midnight after the fact that Lepp had to first point out . He too was behaving in violation to the threads so called rules.
In the three versions of these threads, never once have I witnessed those that agree with Avahati , get called out for ad hominems and personal insults, etc. Hypocrisy 101 right there.
Be interesting to know who has been making all these reports to the moderators. Is it various members. OR perhaps just ONE member?

Well, since this thread is still not back on topic, and has gone the way of the usual taking of sides , with claims of unfairness on the mods' part, nitpicking over the exactness of who said what, and as basically a forum witch hunt now, I'm just gonna lock it now.
There are many assumptions being made when all the facts aren't present for public view, such as private messages on the part of the mods to certain members in question in an effort to calm things down.
That said, if this topic is still relevant enough that it warrants discussion, start a new thread, copy/past your ON TOPIC points into it and continue from there.
