Create Original Triple+ Entendres (Cote)
What is a triple entendre? Well, the title of this competition is an example. Also the definition according to Wikipedia is footed in small print below.
THE RULES:
1.) Entries must be original, and justifiable.
2.) Entries must contain one sexual innuendo.
3.) Entries must be at least triples.
4.) Entries must not rely on any single word's meanings.
5.) Entries must not exceed the number of your highest entendre.
THE REGULATIONS:
Entries will be graded by a point system. A total of 100 points is achievable.
1.) One point per piece is earned for each meaning (including combos).
2.) Additional two points per piece are earned for each drug reference.
3.) Multilingual usage is encouraged. Additional three points per piece are earned for each meaning derived due to additional languages.
4.) Additional four points per piece are earned for meanings derived from four or more different words.
5.) Additional five points per piece are awarded for each sinister reference.
NOTE: ANY COMPETITOR SCORING HIGHER THAN 100 POINTS IS A DEMON AND THEREFORE DISQUALIFIED. TIES WILL BE ABSOLVED VIA A SUDDEN DEATH ROUND WHEREUPON I WILL POST THE FINAL CONTENDERS IN THE THREAD AFTER SCORING IS COMPLETE. A POINT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM EACH ENTRY THAT REQUIRES A MINOR EDIT AFTER CLOSING. FINAL CONTENDERS WILL HAVE 48 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF NOTICE TO SUBMIT ONE NON-COMBO MULTI-ENTENDRE. THE HIGHEST SCORE WINS.

Typically one of the interpretations is rather obvious whereas the other is more subtle. The more subtle of the interpretations is typically sexually suggestive. i'm down...but i need to read these rules again when i'm rested and sober. i can't figure out how to get exactly one hundred without going over so i'm probably gonna have to make a formula too.

1.)(1) point for a breakfast meaning; (1) point for the sexual meaning*; (1) point for the clinic/sexual meaning; (1) point for the contemptuous relationship meaning**; (1) point for the drug meaning.
2.) (2) extra points for the drug reference.
3.) (0) extra points for multilingual usage.
4.) (4) extra points for four or more words with different meanings. (Five words in this case.)
5.) Five extra points for EACH sinister meaning. (5) points*(The sexual reference intends to incite jealousy from the ex.) (5) points **(The contemptuous relationship meaning intends to cause direct emotional pain to the partner)
That's a total of (21) points for this quintuple entendre.
Note: If my highest entendre is a quintuple, I may only have four other entendres posted for a total of five entendres.

Because I hadn't considered combos, I will amend the regulations to include the earning of one additional point per meaning. If the combos add new meaning to the general piece they will be treated respectively. In this case they don't (sex, eatery, place, band).
Keep in mind that a standalone double entendre does not earn any points.
