BUTTERFLIES
BUTTERFLIES
I Try to be discreet
I know she can see me
A butterfly Leaves the
swarm And rabble
Of my core
And floats in her direction
It fluters
And circles
And surrounds
Her with glee
Oh how I wish that
butterfly Was me
She greets it
With awe
I can see
Delight from afar
I sit and I ponder
Her excitement
Never forgotten
I'm bound tied
And mute
Terrified of repute
A feeling
With in
Cocooned
With fear
To show
Love
To the one
I hold dear
A tear falls...

POISON
POISON
I'm so full of poison
Ill stricken
I cant fight the fight
But I can see the light
Like a moth to the flame
It's hard to resist
I just can't refrain
But what about all the things that I'll miss
My girl, my mum my brother and sis
My kids, especially my kids
They've been through a lot
Watching the devil take all that I've got
Watching me suffer
Watching me rot
God give me strength, give me a chance
I'll do anything just to get up and dance
I don't want to go
I'm begging to stay
Enough is enough

HEROIN
Walking hand in hand
With my conscience
Contemplating my existence
Head full of worry
Doubting
Heart felt insecurity
Head full of past torment
As I wrestle with my
Demise
A light appears
And brings me back
To reality
A son
A daughter
My world
My blood
I'm blessed
But the voices
Won't let me
Enjoy my wealth
The riches I possess
They lead me away

I can't believe my kids 12 years old book
Wrong book, write book
Watching travellers fight book
Can't cook,dive book
Pants book, nabbed book,
sticking cans all around ya drunk mate book
I've had enough of face book see ya later

STANDING STILL
As the world turns
Somehow I'm standing still
My head is spinning
But Some how I'm standing still
People rush past me
Coming at me
Like bullets From a Gatling gun
It feels like the world is out to get me
Target number one
As the world turns
somehow I'm standing still
You can imagine how I feel
It just don't seem real
I feel like this most of the time
Ok, every day
I feel dizzy
Light on my feet
Maybe I should spin with them
It might make me complete
To get involved
To move around on my feet
Concrete boots...
