I feel so empty,
So lost,
I'm filled with sadness,
A sadness that engulfs me into a darkness,
The days go by in a blur,
It's as though I have no life left inside,
Like my soul has died,
Then I see a light,
Though it's only a small dot,
It's a dot of hope,
A hope that tells me,
There will be light soon,
A light that may bring happiness,
Or even love,
For now I must wait,
For the right time will come,
The time when the light engulfs me,
When I once again find myself.

I'm addicted i'm always feeling conflicted,
With adolesent fears i'm drowning in tears,
The yearning it feels as if i'm burning,
I have to stop the pain,
