Lucifer from heaven sent to Hell
He played the part very well
Where Hell came to be
The directions he forgot to see
There was no google maps to guide the way
There was no compass back in the day
So he found a place to rest and put others to the task
They sought to find direction from the shiny flask
They grew the the herbs and made the pills to help them see

did you ever feel the knife you plunged so deep into my back
it wasn't only your self confidence that you lack
integrity and honesty I don't even wonder where yours be
for some they just don't exist but ill you not I wish
cause through it all it came that nothing is more miserable
than the true colors of your pain but thats ok you see
cause it doesn't matter anymore to me you shoved me away
now I see that it only hurt me more to stay so go ahead
lay alone in your bed and cry...

LOVE / HATE
You claim to be a friend but a friend would not indeed
Try only for jealous twisting desires to succeed
You claim that you care but if you did you wouldn't dare
Sit into my family stare wanting only what's not to share
We were sisters but your lust for my man was the twister
Years we were raised together what happened to friends forever
You left to come back just awaiting the attack
You said you cared you wound't dare
I look at you once with love now with disgust
Tearing my family to shreds all I feel is dreed
For the day we met and paths...

WHATEVER IT TAKES:
I saw you as you were walking to the store
You bought beer, chips , steak and more
I wondered how long you would be awake
I have missed your smile ,I have missed your kiss
I have missed so much ,so I made a simple wish
I followed you down the center isle standing one lanes stay
I hurried through the self check out as not to give myself way
How you looked as you walked to the truck
Hair blowing gently in the cool breeze of the wind
I placed the carts in the corral as you fumbled for your keys
You sensed someone was watching, but couldn’t reveal...

JUST PAST DEATH:
To awake from the depths of sleep
To find Death came to you once again
But it wasn’t you that it came for
To stand there and feel it all
Knowing there was nothing left to do
For the Angel once again made the call
It came to take away part of your All
To feel all the pain of another
To feel all the emotions all the rage
To have your heart wrapped within the cage
To look onward and pray wanting only
for one more day
To awake from the depths of sleep
To find all that is left is memories to keep
To fill the tears gently weep ...

SPACE MONKEYS:
does anyone else find it ridiculous that planets seem to just come and go out of existence in our solar system, Wonder what the kids in science class will think when they do the solar system projects in school years from now check a book out of the library and none of the planets aside from earth are the same in it, will they think we are in another galaxy or that alien life form has taken over the universe. "

S.O.S.
S.O.S.
It was a cold December morn and the night had such a storm
The children where late but she couldn’t wait
She was ready to find the entrance to hell’s gate
It didn’t matter they would only see the latter
Upon the entrance he would find a corpse
She opened the bottles one by one
Like it was some sort of game, how fun
The pills they prescribed, all opened wide
next to the bottle of Gin, oh ;where to begin
She poured them down chased with some Crown
She laid in bed hoping only to wake up dead
The children had not returned from...

24 HOURS PAST:
(Another inspired by a forum post - Thank you for the inspiration)
It was cold octobers night on all hallows eve ,
the moon was full and the stars where hidden behind the clouds
the morning came a fast approach , suddenly with a knock on the door.
I awoke It seemed so strange how could they think I was deranged ?
There beside me was the lunatic but escaping his death he wasn't too quick.
He laid there in pools of blood and there was I with fangs looking from above.
I felt the tastey treat dripping down my face, but they were there to put me right in my...

THE LIGHT B4 THE SHOW:
THE LIGHT B4 THE SHOW:
I had to do it, I had to know
I had to feel the light b4 the show
There was a smile just today
Then quickly went separate ways
I wanted to feel the extra mile
There was just no style gone
all the while
I had to do it, I had to know
To feel it all , then just go
No story , no glow ,
Only the light before the show
There was a style, distant miles
It came with the day ,
Then quickly went away.
