The Bus People

Well-trod path, forks in the woods—
Which to take?
Which to take?

Choose one, yes, perhaps you should—
Run away,
Run away.

Lure too great, the birds don’t sing—
They know,
They know.

Air doesn’t move, no sound, nothing—
Don’t go…
Don’t go…

Deeper now, in you go, on your way—
What do you feel?
What do you feel?

Drawn in, they see your soul turn gray—
They aren’t real,
They aren’t real,

Yes they are, they live inside it, the old bus—
They have eyes,
They have eyes.

It shouldn’t be there, but it is, bus of rust—
How it arrived?
How it arrived?

And why, the path?  Trod and well-used—
They have teeth,
They have teeth.

Trapped, and gone, yourself, you’ll lose—
Sinister, feels sweet,
Sinister, feels sweet.

“Come with us
And join the bussssss….”

"Reapers REFLECTION"

I was alone to long.
Written to many tales.
I lived in this apartment.
Where the gas leak secretly
prevailed.

The reaper came to my bedside.
Clenched his fist and than roared!
You have a mission to fulfill.
This is your last warning in store!

Time progressed and events became sullen.
More bad luck befell me the more I ran from
my destiny he was telling.

His eyes scorched through my insides.
Staring me down with disgust and loathing.
I could not escape this destiny I must
fulfill before this ubiquitous purposing!

He threw the unfinished papers laying on the
floor at me like flaming daggers.  As I cowered
in the corner and he groaned...You have wasted
to many hours!

I awoke from this horrific lucid dream only to find
my papers strewn about on the floor.  Not where I
left them!!

i WENT TO THE BATHROOM Low and behold!!!!!!!
My eyes were now crimson red and burnt..
And I heard the ghastly voice say...
This was your choice you have learned.
Now forever live your FINAL WARNING!

"Trailer in nowhere"

That house, so lonely.
Looks as a mentally ill elderly, homeless, pennyless.
Yet it is just a small trailer, in here in nowhere.
It sets next to my house, it makes my humble home seem as the castle for kings.
It sets lonely, and a creeping feeling it brings.
Possibly holding the body's of the gone, the unremembered,
Or maybe it is where the addict goes for his fix.
It rots and decay's.
I have had night mares, and real scares.
I distinctly remember the gunshots, and the fires.
Now the weeds just grow, a mix of trees and briers.

INTO THE DEADLIGHTS

http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_9HTE1_P1lBA/S7mD8vKgbiI/AAAAAAAAAZ8/7UeCGK5lTjI/s320/deadlight_cover.jpg

Into the deadlights our crowd gathered
In a realm beyond what was physical
Feelings of insecurity fueled the minds
Thoughts answered with burst of fire
And writhing, destructive orange lights
Deafening silence abruptly followed
Driving everyone insane except my witty brain
Coming face to face but with a blank stare
Until my final day shall bury that scary sight
Which haunted my soul, even in broad daylight

In the heat of the night lost souls wander
Trying to find justice, trying to find peace
As we go on living we often wonder
What lies within the mystical space
While some greedy bastards openly plunder
Bringing chaos and death to once great nation
Cruelty and lust beyond the devil’s dominion
Blindfolded and tipped-off the scale of justice
Blaming the deadlights for everyone’s misery
Although for them, those were a complete mystery

charles fox

he looked drunk or dead until he started to move and
the 2 of us ran towards him,
feeling heroic .
his hat fallen off his scarred head-
he got a skin cancer, see,
they're burning it out.

when he moved the blood poured from his nose
his cheekbone swelled purple
and his head was on my lap,
and first-aiders brought some antiseptic wipes
so now everybody was very concerned,
i suppose

his hearing aid lay in pool of bright red mucusy blood.
he tried to put it back in
in the wrong ear.

he bled on my sleeve and my jeans.
he explained the burns on his skull,
he had a type of cancer,
and he was getting them burnt out.
all his family were at work, he said
no . there's nobody to call

paramedics
call him "young man"
his laugh sputters blood on my sleeve and my jeans.
sorry, he tries to say.
his milk he bought from the shop is leaking
all over his co op bag for life.

and that's that,
that's how i met charles fox

and i thought being old would be alright

Lonely Trip:

As I walk
I'm afraid to fall
I'm afraid to talk
I don't want to have to crawl
Back to you

You couldn't handle
Walking with me
On this last journey
For today

But what if I took this chance
To watch the sunlight on the rocks
And instead of following, I'll wait here and dance
Into unseen places, For the first time without you.
