I am 56. Married 25 years. I have two grown children. I live in Baltimore, Maryland.

I’m a visual artist who, diagnosed with a chronic illness 10 years ago, has struggled to stay alive. In exchange for my life, God took my talent to paint. He changed all the colors and nothing looks the same.

I’ve always loved language, so poetry and prose are my new artistic medium.

My prose is almost all biographical. It’s my true story.

My poetry can be either biographical or not. Most often it’s observational or imaginative.

Other than that, I’ll let the work speak.
