"How Romantic"
Mary Godwin Shelley
I will rub your belly
and make your monster go away.
I will take you above Tintern Abbey
in an effort to make you happy
at the sight of the fading day.
We will listen to nightingales,
and read pictures on urns,
and will act like around us
is how the world turns-
because it does.
I will rub your belly
and make your monster go away.
I will take you above Tintern Abbey
in an effort to make you happy
at the sight of the fading day.
We will listen to nightingales,
and read pictures on urns,
and will act like around us
is how the world turns-
because it does.
