Doubtful Love
It could of happened to me, I didn't like to think so.
She said she couldn't leave me all alone.
She couldn't leave me on the phone.
She couldn't wipe my smile away.
She couldn't up and go away.
She told me she would never say,
those fatal words.. those fatal words that mean to say, she isn't coming back today.
It couldn't happen to me, could it?
